Rick came out and was great to work with on our pest problem. I was surprised at his refreshing honesty when he told us it’d be easier and cheaper if we did it ourselves and then told us how! Without charging us for the consultation! I feel like you don’t find this kind of service very often anymore, great guy, if he can’t help you he’ll find someone who can.

I tried a different company before going to Rick. The previous company basically just made things worse by putting feeders in (they called them poison bait but all it did was bring more Moles in my yard). After 10+ years of trying to trap them, using grub control, even putting vibrating sticks in the lawn, I gave up and called Rick at Metro Mole Control. Rick is very knowledgeable. He chased those buggers down, from under the ground until he got three of them and was pretty confident he got them all. He gave me helpful tips on how to control them after. I am very pleased with Metro Mole Control for shutting down the Mole Amusement park that was under my lawn.

Rick, was very kind and absolutely wonderful to work with. When I first called Rick I told him that I thought we had a mole problem, and I described our situation over the phone (we had at least 5 mounds from our garage, to our home, and into our window well that were multiplying daily) he said that he believed that it was actually gophers. The guy knows his stuff!! He was right! Rick took care of our problem within the first couple weeks, but said he'd be back if anything else came up. We really appreciated his updates that he sent us each time that came out to our home. We felt very well informed on what was going on during the whole process. As an avid gardener it's nice having peace of mind knowing that I can now plant away and not have to worry about feeding the gophers! Thank you Rick!
