Lance called back with a question I had about what we had in our house. He informed me they were foreign grain beetles and the only way to get rid of them is for it to freeze and quit raining. kept arguing that anything with legs too small to see was not a bed bug; i said from the start i dont think i have bed bugs. He tried to convince my dad to tell me i was crazy for thinking something bit me at night. on treatment for roaches only (not what i thought i was biting but sticky paper caught one)day he seemed totally unaware of what DiatomaceousEarth is. also spent a bunch of time reading over my cork board on the wall (revealed by security cam)

They do not do their job... they do not inspect other apartments that they should for the same thing that we had exterminated... we had bed bugs in September of last year... was suggested to them that they should check put other Apartments near ours... not even a year later we get them again... so either they are incompetent or didn’t do the job right also the guy was very rude to begin with, telling my gf that she should get rid of stuff to make our apartment not so cluttered, first of all clutter doesn’t create bedbugs it’s people who know they have them and moving in here, plus Tom supposedly went down to the apartment below us and said that he didn’t find any because the apartment was clean... really? Just because it’s not as cluttered doesn’t mean they don’t have any... you have to look closely and inspect instead of being lazy.... I will be looking it to this matter for a legal remedy
