We woke up early on Mother's Day to find a raccoon dying on the same deck we were planning on entertaining guest in just a few hours. We tried many companies, only to leave several voicemails, most of which were never returned. When we called Animal and Pest Control, he told us that he had a meeting and could come over later that afternoon. When I paused and mentioned that we had guests coming, he agreed to come before his meeting. He arrived in about 25 minutes. He was polite and quick in removing the sick raccoon. I was impressed with his professionalism, and extremely grateful that he was willing to come out on a Sunday morning.

Had flies suddenly multiplying in our house. On Saturday morning, after 2 days of this, I was recommended to contact Francis Animal and Pest Control through Home Advisor. I spoke with Sean, and while his schedule seemed busy, after I mentioned I had a toddler he said he'd fit me in. He arrived in about 30 minutes. Walked through the home and sprayed a child friendly chemical to kill the flies. While we weren't able to pinpoint the exact cause, he gave me some useful suggestions to help prevent it from happening again. Sean was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Price was reasonable considering the level of service. Much appreciated all of the help. Would certainly use this service again.
