This company came to my apartment building in Minneapolis. Some tenants on the upper floors were having bedbug problems. My apartment, however, was isolated from the rest of the building (surrounded by concrete, not connected via ventilation, completely separate). They came in with a building manager one day to ask questions and do an inspection. I reported that I was bedbug free (I had never seen a live one in my life and had been checking my bedding out of paranoid ever since the word got out that they were on the upper floors), and they inspected my bedroom and the rest of the apartment and confirmed that there were NONE. They came out a week later to treat the rest of the tenants. I left my apartment for a short while at the end of the day, and when I returned, i found a piece of paper saying they had been in my apartment to "treat". On that paper it also said, again, that there were zero bugs seen in my apartment yet for some reason they had come into my bedroom with their equipment anyway. There was no notice or warning that they were going to enter, if I had been there I would have refused them entry. Why? Because they had just spent the ENTIRE DAY treating apartments that were infested on a high level with the disgusting bedbugs. Can you guess where this is going? Two nights later I woke with bites on me and one crawling across my pillow. These guys entered my apartment for no reason other then their hourly pay and gave me the worst infestation imaginable where before they came in I had a nice clean comfortable live-able home. Now I have already had to throw out all my bedding which was brand new, and will probably end up throwing out my expensive mattress as well as living in a nightmare until/if they can fix the problem they created. These guys are either complete fools who will introduce a problem that wasn't there or they are scammers who like to create business for themselves. Either way, do NOT use this company, they will end up being the ones using YOU.

Molly has been providing both prevention and treatment for bed bugs, cockroaches, gnats and ants to our 70 unit complex for the past 7-8 months. She has done an excellent job with the identification and treatment of all pests. Molly takes the time to inspect during prevention and to provide education to our staff and residents. Molly has been instrumental in getting our building up to "code". Molly is always polite and respectful to our residents and she always treats them with dignity. Molly always has a smile on her face that helps to put our residents at ease. She is also very patient when a resident isn't completely prepared for treatment. We provide housing to a population of formerly homeless individuals who come from diverse backgrounds. Some of the residents can be challenging but Molly remains kind and patient with all of them. We are all grateful for Molly's service. In fact, we think so highly of her that we request that they send her out every time.

I called several different companies when I first saw the mouse but only Environmental Pest Management made me a priority. Environmental Pest Management came out the next day and set out bait and sprayed the exterior of my house and promised to follow up in 2 weeks. However, a month later and still a mouse in my house I was forced to call them. Manager apologized to me for oversight and sent someone else out the next business day. Environmental Pest Management arrived as manager told me and this time they did exclusion work and put out different bait and set a few traps. The next morning I was throwing mouse out into trash. I would have gave Environmental Pest Management 5 stars but since they missed their follow up I am giving them 4. However, as part of their oversight Environmental Pest Management did all exclusion work at not cost to me so I really do appreciate them. By the way after them spraying my house I have not seen anything but the now captured mouse.

We have had EPM come spray our condo on a quarterly basis for about a year now, so as soon as we heard some little scratches in our walls, we sprung into action and called EPM. They sent Tyler to our home the next day, and thank god they did, because we had a roof rat infestation. From Tyler's first visit, I knew he would handle the problem and he put us at ease. Tyler is an industry expert and implements a strategy to remove the infestation and he also makes sure it doesn't come back. We have a challenging HOA and Tyler was kind enough to take time, sometimes outside of business hours, to write up reports of his progress so that I could turn it in to our HOA board. Today, we got news that our issue has been handled and all entry points have been sealed. We are thankful for EPM and Tyler. Both EPM and Tyler were comforting and professional during this stressful time for us. We will be long time customers of EPM!

Environmental Pest Management has prompt and efficient customer service, and the employees are pleasant to deal with. However, I have two dogs, 65 and 80 lbs respectively, and bait traps with rodent killer were placed out in the open throughout the home. I did not think this would be an issue, as the specialist said dogs could not break them open to access the bait, and mentioned nothing about the bait not being safe for pets. I left the house and my fiancé came home 15 minutes later to find that a trap had been opened by our dogs, and they ingested the rodent killer tablet inside. My fiancé spoke with someone from EPM as soon as he saw the open trap. The EPM rep sent us a fact sheet on the type of bait used, assured him the dogs would be fine based on their size, and said they would have needed to ingest many tablets to become ill. To be safe, I called our vet, who suggested we take the dogs to an emergency clinic (they were closing for the night), as the rodent killer is toxic. This would have been extremely costly on top of the money spent to have EPM come out and treat for mice. Before opting for the emergency vet, I called the phone number included on the fact sheet in the instance a pet ingests the rodent killer, and the representative from the bait company advised that we induce vomiting, as the one tablet of bait ingested was at near toxic levels for the lighter of the two dogs. This was not the advice we received from the EPM representative, which is worrisome. If you find yourself using EPM, please make sure all bait traps are kept completely out of reach of pets, as they’re easily broken into, and could prove fatal for animals smaller than our two dogs.

I chose EPM for preventative exterminator service based on the number of quality online reviews. They came out and did an exterior spray based on their inspection assessment to get rid of a few house ants that were noticed. A short time after the exterior spray, we had a small epidemic of ants inside the house waging an all-out assault on our cat's food. Called EPM and they sent someone out ASAP to take care of the issue at no additional charge. It happens - bugs can get caught in between the interior and exterior which pushes them inside (or out) depending on which service you have performed. Kudos to EPM for standing behind their service and promptly taking care of the unexpected side effect of the initial spray! We have had no additional issues. Highly recommend!

Termite Control, Our techs name was Mike England. He called us about 20 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He inspected the exterior and the basement upon arrival. Mike sprayed the basement and on the outside he used bait stations. We were very impressed with the way Mike worked neatly and cleanly. Before he left he asked if we had any questions. We would highly recommend EPM to do any pest control.

Tyler from the Westerville Office of Environmental Pest Management has been out to our office frequently this Fall as we are dealing with the worst infestations in the 7 years I have been here. Multiple nests of Yellow Jackets and a swarm of Fruit Flies. Tyler has been incredibly helpful - both in finding the source of the pests, mitigating them, and following-up. He has also provided very helpful information on how to avoid additional issues. He seems to like a challenge. The worse it is, the more excited he gets. He was pretty amped-up for our Yellow Jackets...me...not so much. Got pests? Ask for Tyler.

He explained everything he was doing and made sure that all our questions were answered. He did a thorough indoor and outdoor inspection of the home before he sprayed, removed spiderwebs, set mouse bait boxes, removed wasps nest, AND removed a bird's nest for us! He was respectful of our home and our needs, always covering his shoes when he came in the house, and before he left made sure we didn't have any additional questions.
