A few weeks ago I came face to face with a flying squirrel in my kitchen. I had heard "activity" in my attic prior to that, but one night he was inside my house (I got him out but knew he would try to come back in from the cold)! I called the pest control company I have used in the past (not this one) and they said their squirrel program was a 5 day program and they only started it on Mondays (it was Tuesday AM when I called--in other words I had to wait 6 days for them to start trying to catch the little guy). I called Ecotech and they sent Victor out within hours. He said he would continue to come out until we knew there was no more squirrel activity. Victor was not only thorough, polite and VERY funny, I knew he would do the job, even if it took longer than 5 days--which it did! I will use this company in the future without hesitation and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Tim has done a wonderful job, extremely pleasant to work with. Tim always let's you know exactly what he is doing and how long for completing tasks. Very impressed! We had an "unwanted guest" last night in our garage. I called Ecotech Pest Control first thing in the morning. Victor came out to our house right away and trapped a MUSKRAT within minutes! I would highly recommend this Ecotech to anyone with pests in or around their homes.

Garbage company and experience so far. I put my credit card down on a sheet of paper and the company managed to double charge it 2 weeks apart. Makes me feel like they have no idea what is going on at their office and who knows where that credit card number is now. Then I call to ask them to reverse it and please send me confirmation. No word back. Oh and I used one of their applications (purchased a 4-pack) and the ants were back within 2 week in the middle of the winter. Their tech's explanation is that there must be a lot of ants, and perhaps multiple colonies. So their applications only work if you are dealing with a few ants. I will see how the next 3 applications go and then amend my review if there is any improvement.
