Had a sales rep canvassing my neighborhood yesterday (09 JULY 2019) which is a horseshoe road of about 15 houses. Said he had an opening in his schedule blah blah blah and could spray my property for pests (mosquito's which is a 1 day fix) could spray for (deer ticks because we have woods adjacent to our property and the deer will bring them into our yard) and (spiders / ants because again we're next to a "forest" and appearently carpenter ants in my neighborhood are as bad as termites and could eat my house up (which is 100% false) because carpenter ants don't eat dead wood "lumber" . Asked him for his card because I didn't see a truck or any company vehicle and he just kept going back to well I'm out here today and could spray your house today blah blah blah like 5 times... Said he was working with my nextdoor neighbors to the right of my property and the ones directly across the street for some time now and a property 3 houses down from us and would be spraying them today and again wanted to fit us in for a 1 time charge of $100 but oh I have to sign a contract( which a quick Google search told me it's a 3 year contract with excessive cancelation fees $200-300+. No thanks guy. He finally left. But shortly after I saw my neighbors get off work. Walked over and talked to them, both my neighbors the guy said he'd been working with have Never had Ecoshield spray their property or any relationship whatsoever with them so then I walked down the street to the (blue house 3 houses away) the guy said he was spraying.... Yeah they're locked into a 3 year contract with the company and said it's horrible service, their spray kills the shrubs, grass, stains their siding permanently and they've still got bugs like the rest of their neighbors. Talked to a few other neighbors that all got the exact same spiel about Ecoshield Working with their neighbors and wanting to squeeze them into their schedule today. 2 neighbors even stated the Ecoshield rep told them I was a long time client of theirs and loved their service... About an hour and a half after first guy showed up and I walked the neighborhood, a second rep (different guy) a lot less pushy and a lot less bullsh¡t came by and again tried to give me a milder run around about spraying my property for (pests). I have most of the two sales rep conversation recorded on my Nest doorbell and nest home security cameras if Ecoshield would like to see/hear the horrible sales tactics their using on perspective new clients. Guess dude thought I'd be ignorant about the property as I just bought it last week

The corporate business structure of a recurring service contract is possibly a bit miss leading but bugs aren't a one time problem so this makes sense. The local group have been amazing to work with. Techs know their stuff, are nice to deal with and haven't had any problems with our dogs who think they're the center of any visit. We've had all our questions answered and they've even identified potential problems that we didn't know about as new owners of the house. It's early in the season so I can't really comment on the effectiveness of the product (boxelder bugs in the fall will be the true test) but all the interactions we've had with the team have been great.

We have only had two treatments, but thus far we haven’t seen an ant, spider, or box elder bug yet! Tim was our tech today and he did a great job! Very professional, thorough and friendly. He assured me if we did see any insects before the quarterly treatment to just give a call and they’ll be right out. Our new house had a mild mouse problem, which is my wife’s worst nightmare. Reuben in particular has been just a phenomenal resource. We had Jason out to the house today for the initial application of the full package: ants, spiders, an occasional mouse, etc. He's a very bright, friendly, and outgoing young fella. His boss was there and he's a great kid too. Seems like a really professional and legit business. Nice clean truck and uniforms too. I can't review the effectiveness of their eco friendly products since it was just applied today, so just assume that no news is good news from me on that topic.

I had no idea I needed this service until they stopped and introduced themselves. I had been trying to battle the ant hills in my yard and landscape for over a year and this company not only took care of the ants, but the wasps, the mosquitos and the spiders. I will continue to have them service my home and yard. Thank you for the excellent service and safe non toxic way to keep the pests away.

A man from this company stopped by and rang my door bell right when I was trying to get my newborn baby to sleep. After answering door and explaining to him that I had a newborn inside and needed to hurry and get back to baby, he proceeded to go on about his company and how he was in neighborhood doing work so he could give me a deal on a treatment for various types of bugs for a price of $100 (normally $350). I agreed to the price and then he told me to meet him in my backyard. I explained again that I needed to get to baby so then grabbed my now fussy baby and held him as this man asked for my information to get in his system to get service going and then tried to slip in/get me to agree to a contract with him for the next several services. I told him I didn't want a contract, and he did not take no for an answer and kept pushing. It was to the point where it was insulting as it was obvious he was not listening to what I was saying nor did he care that I had a fussy newborn baby in my arms. He just wanted to keep pushing for the sale which basically ended in him telling me he could NOT offer me the $100 price without a contract. So his whole story of being in the neighborhood and giving me a good deal was obviously just a lie and a tactic to get his foot in door. He wasted my time and was completely inconsiderate.

Both Jason and Jonathan were very professional and friendly. Jason sprayed for pests inside and outside and also took care of webs that were around the house and In the garage.
