The customer service is atrocious. The owner indicated he wanted to get into the Eau Claire area, but you certainly could not tell by the way he treats his Eau Claire customers. The receptionist is evasive and shockingly rude. They do not show up when they say they will and provide no information, even when asked, as to when the will reschedule. I will never use this company again.

De Boer has taken care of us for over 15 years. We never see a bug anywhere in our house. Asian Lady Beetles? Gone. Big Black Spiders? Gone. Centipedes? Gone. They are reasonably priced, communicate well and offer suggestions. Highly Recommended.

This company is fantastic. Got the 3 season package with a guarantee. If there are any more problems they respond promptly without additional charges. I used their services at another home and they are still the best. Current home has huge infestation of all types of bugs and will be coming again to help eradicate inside and out in La Crescent on Birch St. of a poorly maintained home. Person always has answered the phone and are very polite and informative. Called today; here tomorrow.
