Luke has come to my family's rescue more than once! He has handled an issue with bee's for us in the past, as well spraying for spiders! Last fall we had a reoccurring issue with bats as well. They were flying around the house at night, and causing chaos (to say the least)! Luke came and bat-proofed our home, and the issue was gone almost immediately. Complete Ground Control also sprayed our yard for weeds a few times last year. We had a ton of different types of weeds growing out there, it was crazy! After the treatments, our yard has never looked better! Thanks Luke, you're a life saver!

Luke and his workers made me feel very comfortable walking me through all the services they provided. He gave me step by step explanations of how the process worked and kept me well informed through out the devices. He also was very knowledgeable and considerate of my concerns for my children and pets and came up with a comprehensive approach as to how my specific needs could be met. He was curious hard working an seemed to genuinely care about my specific problems were having. I have since referred him to friends and family who have used his services and have all had positive results as well great things to say about how he truly seems to care about getting the job done and doing it the right way. I have used other pest control services in the area as well as when I was living in the Los Angeles area and was by far the best and most competent. Service was excellent. Same day service as the call. Had terrible mosquito's last summer living on the lake. Immediately they disappeared. I had neighbors asking me how I did it. Also use spider spray and still have not seen a spider since July 2015. It is now March 2016. Highly recommend as they are professional and GREAT customer service! I left two messages inquiring about a quote to my house sprayed for insects. I never heard from them. I was trying to shop local. After wasting 3 days waiting, I went elsewhere. I suggest you call him direct and not leave a message through the website like I did. The owner, did message an apology, said be didn't receive my message.
