very very rude staff! pretty much told me that i had no idea what i was talking about and that bats do indeed fly around in January that people perceive them wrong! the previous owners of the house i bought spent a lot of money the year before to get rid of the bat problem and bc the house was re roofed in January of this year it voids the contract because that's when the new bats came in. he told me that they dnt roof in January and that's it just unheard of. when i told him we started hearing movement in the walls and ceiling come march and that we had 2 bats in the house in less then a week all he could say was "oh that's weird". i told him that there was no way these bats came in in January that they didn't fix the problem and that they needed to come back and fix what they said they had fixed. he said well dnt know what to tell ya and hung up on me!! do not recommend them at all!!

I bought my house in 2009 and had over 20 bats in my basement that fall i had bud's nuisance wildlife removal bat proof my house and now its been years since i seen a bat in my house.
