I highly recommend using BOGO Pest Control. They have fantastic customer service and know what they are doing! Two years ago we used a different pest control company to get rid of mice. This other company "fixed" the problem for a few months and the mice were back after the six month guarantee had past. We called BOGO and haven't had a problem since. They spent 3 hours filling spots outside our house(other pest place spent 20 minutes) and followed up to make sure everything was working. These guys are great!

A week before my son's 2 year birthday party, we discovered a wasp nest in our siding. My wife called around to a few places and everyone was booked solid until AFTER our party. I wasn't sure about BOGO due to all the glowing positive reviews compared to competitors (instantly thought paid fake reviews), but figured it was worth a shot to see what they say. I called BOGO and told them about my wasp problem. Not ONLY did they come out the same day, but they also found a 2nd LARGER wasp nest that my wife and I were currently unaware of. Mike was super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Since my son's party was just around the corner, Mike assured me that BOGO would do everything they could to get the nests taken care of.... don't want kids getting stung at a birthday party. It only took one application, but the wasps were gone before the party. Turned out to be a beautiful day and a good time was had by all. Thank you BOGO!

Scott is far and away the most knowledgeable and best person I have worked with for pest control. He studies each pest problem with a level of detail that is incredible. I have multiple rental properties and recently Scott was out to treat a boxelder bug problem at one of them. Based on a University of Minnesota journal and study he explained why it would be beneficial to do the treatment in the fall rather then the spring. He is friendly, fair in pricing, provides a warranty on certain services, and is very thorough in his review of the issue. We originally called Scott for an ongoing mouse problem. Upon inspection of our home he also discovered we had carpenter ants coming and going from our home. SO impressed with BOGO!! I was referred to BOGO by my neighbor when I had critters (probably mice) die in my kitchen wall - TWICE! I was hesitant to call anyone because of past negative experiences with companies that were very high pressure and wanted to sign me up for more services than I felt I needed. Mike was very friendly and helpful in scheduling a convenient appointment. Justin came out to give me a quote and was so patient, walking me around the house, inside and out and answering all my questions. I was more than pleased with the information I received and the quote that I was given. Justin came back a week later to seal up my house and garage. Most of his visit was spent in the garage. After 30 plus years the house had settled quite a bit and the mice had made themselves at home (and told their friends and families) I had put out bait traps, but since the garage wasn't sealed it was a losing battle. I just had this done so I am doing the 30 day wait and see period and then I have a TWO YEAR WARRANTY. Not a fan of the snap traps in the laundry room (2 mice so far, haven't been down there today. Have to work up my courage!) :) Bottom line: I would highly recommend BOGO!! During the sale of our home we had a request form the buyer to have an exterminator take care of a possible mouse problem. Shopping around I looked at other companies Terminix, Orkin but no one showed up for the appointment. Quotes over the phone were for trapping and poison. The Buyers Realtor recommended BOGO. I called and Mike was very helpful. Now understand this is 5 days before closing and with no shows from the other companies I was in a pinch. Mike explained what would happen and that their company doesn’t just get rid of the current problem but closes up areas so that no more mice can come in. He set up an appointment within a couple days of my phone call. Scott came out and after reviewing inside and out of my home determined there was no mouse problem. It saved me a bunch of money. Scott went a step further to show me areas in the garage that could be access points in the future. He told me how to fix these areas. He could of tried to talk me into having them do these fixes but they were simple and after he told me what to do I was able to take care of it. So many companies have claimed to have great customer service. This company has it if it was possible I would give 10 Stars.

We could hear "something" in the ceiling in our home, but we weren't sure what it was. I called Bogo and reached Mike, who explained how I could tell the difference between a large critter (squirrels and what-not) in our home, and simply mice. Using his free(!) advice I decided we had mice, and Mike said he could stop-by and take a look. When he got here he patiently explained where mice could get in, and showed me places I had missed (who knew that mice can climb-up outside corners of steel siding?) and how to seal them up. He spent about an hour here, I learned a lot, and when it came to "square-up" he said there would be No Charge, as he said I was "already on it", and just needed a little friendly advice! Wow! Good Guys are still alive and well! We still have some mice in the ceiling, but I feel that we're gaining on them now! Q: Would I recommend these guys? A: I already have!

Mike from BOGO Pest Control came out to my house in November 2017 for help with mice. I had recently bought a house and the mice were running freely in and out. We were catching mice in traps daily. Mike was always responsive and quick to set up a time to come out. He provided a detailed assessment of the situation along with effective remedies. When we purchased our home mouse pest control was written into the contract - the previous owners chose a different company to service our house. After our contract with the other company was up, I chose to call BOGO for bug spraying. Though we hadn't seen activity in almost a year, I mentioned the previous pest problems and asked what they would do. Scott showed me all the areas he would close off and explained why. Our other company didn't bring up sealing entry areas. Once BOGO sealed the house we discovered that our former company had been using traps that provided poison that doesn't kill immediately so a pest died out of reach within our walls. Gross. Let me start by saying, if you have a rodent problem, do not go anywhere else. I was at my wit's end with these other big companies doing nothing more than what we were already doing. Scott understood how upsetting the problem was. I think it was as much a challenge for him, as it was a relief for me to hand it over to someone who knew what they were doing. He had to spend a lot of time going over every inch of our house, and it took awhile, but he never gave up. I don't know who was happier when the problem was resolved. And.. he did all this for the same price I was paying the other guy for nothing! In this day of terrible customer service, Scott stands way out. A great guy, and I wouldn't trust anybody else!

We recently had an issue with wasps getting into our master bathroom, through our attic. I chose to call BOGO based off all of the stellar comments I read, and they definitely lived up to all of the 5-star reviews! Mike was really helpful in answering all of my questions when I called, and Scott came out to our house a few days later to figure out where the wasps were coming in, and fix the problem. At my request, he also did a thorough inspection of our perimeter to give us a quote for what it would take to fix the issue we had last year with mice. He was really thorough, and took a lot of time walking me around our house and explaining things to me. I think their pricing is really reasonable and I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a quarterly service plan like other pest control companies that show up on my doorstep. I have already booked our appointment to have Scott come back and fix our mouse entry points. He came back on a Saturday to seal around my entire foundation and even left me a couple of upgraded traps to use! I am so happy to report that since Mike's visit I have not had one more mouse! This has given me peace of mind and I will be forever thankful to BOGO for taking care of the problem for me. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service from Mike and Scott! They were able to fit me in last minute and take care of some nasty yellow jackets that broke into my house. Bogo is the only pest control service I will use for my home and business. I had used some of the larger companies (Plunketts and Adams) in the past. Their customer service is not on the same level as BOGO in my opinion. Scott is the owner operator and is much more knowledgeable than any of the techs that I dealt with from the larger companies.

Scott is incredibly knowledgeable about pest control. I always feel smarter about preventative practices after Scott has done his work on blocking new entries. I have been mouse free for months, and more recently Scott has eliminated sweet ants and has my basement spiders under control which I didn't even think was possible in an older home. Mosquitos are next! Scott gives quality, personalized service at a competitive rate (and I'm a DIY'er on home projects so I'm hesitant to pay anyone if think I can do it myself).

So thankful to Scott Dorn of BOGO Pest Control for being able to meet me on such short notice at one of my listed properties. Have new renters moving in and there were a couple of bees nests that needed to be handled. Additionally, he gave me some great insight on how to 90% of the time, keep rodents away from getting into the house - besides closing up the holes. Scott and BOGO Pest Control is my only go to Pest Control company from this day forward. Easy to work with, efficient and responsive, thorough and informative all while being reasonably priced. i have known scott dorn for many years, dating back to a previous company which he started. he is an initiator and problem solver. after at least two unfavorable encounters with other pest control companies, none of which solved the problem at its source, i didn't know where to turn. through another business relationship, i found scott. he was willing to do what no one else could or would do. the source of mice infestation was due to construction flaws, and only scott was willing and able to investigate a limited access point so as to prevent the disassembly of my front deck. he found a freeway underneath which was a clear invitation to any pest, especially the mice. he eradicated the source of the problem, and we haven't had another rodent ever since. i can never thank scott enough for not giving up. i know for a fact, that several other pest control companies simply want to place a bandaid over the problem to ensure future business. scott's approach guaranteed future business by his ethical and problem-solving attitude, which prompted me to consider the other facets of pest control once the mice were gone. i only recommend scott to others, if they truly want their pest problems to go away!

I was SOOO impressed right off the bat (no pun intended) from the first conversation i had with them. They took the time to explain everything to me, asked multiple questions and made sure they answered any questions i had, even before having them come out! I wanted to wait about a month to write a review to see if my problem had been solved, so here we are! Problom solved!!! Scott came out and was absoloutley amazing at explaining everything to me and was very knowledgeable AND (extra bonus) genuinely cared about helping me and my family. Its stressful enough dealing with having mice in your newly purchased home and it was very nice to deal with someone so pleasant and nice (my kids even liked him and they normally are afraid of men they dont know lol) so thank you so much guys and i will use this company if i ever need them again and will refer them to everyone i know!
