I have had this service for years, but recently it has gone down hill. The customer service is not very customer friendly. No contract, they just keep providing you service and raise your prices year after year on the 12 month home protection plan. They send one post card in the spring if you want to change anything on account otherwise they just keep providing service. They don't verify it is you they are calling when they are letting you know they are coming the next day, because they have called in the past but I never received a phone call this time. I sent in an email asking all this stuff and I get one phone call back about it and I was unable to answer the phone at the time, as I stated in the email, no other reply, phone call or email. They in turn then provide service again without once again confirming it was me they were calling the right number. How can they provide a service yearly, if you don't sign a yearly contract? When I talked to someone on the phone, she was rude and said, "I know where this is going", really who says that to a customer. I am asking her legitimate questions and she didn't answer one of them, very condescending and stand-offish. When I asked why don't they follow up with verification, she told it is was my responsibility to call after the "one" postcard, not even a projected cost for the year or notice of an increase. I get that from any other service that has a yearly contract or service that are provided. The statement, "You have been a customer since 2011, you should have known." also doesn't give me any confidence in the service that they expect me to pay.
