Very disappointed in the service we received. Initially they were very friendly and gave great information. We had them come out to investigate a bird like sound coming from the walls of our house. The technician that came out was very friendly and inspected our house but did not find the cause of the sounds we were hearing. He called around to his colleagues and suggested we were hearing a frog. There was no way the sound was a frog but he did offer a few suggestions so we took those and implemented them right away. Within a few days the sound was continuing so we decided to investigate on our own. We did indeed find a birds nest and since removing it we have not heard the sound again. When I called the company to let them know that we had figured it out on our own they tried to make excuses and promised to return the call. I never heard back from them. It’s frustrating to pay so much for something we figured out on our own and get nothing but excuses from them.

I have had this company at two of my houses. At my lake home I had flying squirrels and they got rid of them quickly, at my other house they do rodent and insect pest control. They call before they come and ask if there is any questions or any other problems i want to have them look at. been a customer for 10 years of so. Nice company.
