Brian is a great tech. Found several issues with foundation/block holes. Also tree too close to roof where mice could travel up to roof. Would definitely recommend Adam's. Very thorough inspection was done.

I have been using Adams Pest Control for pest control (for the past three years) and their lawn service since they started that division two years ago. I moved to a home that had a mouse issue. They quickly got it under control and I signed up for their yearly program. They would come out at no additional charge if there was any evidence of mice. I have maintained that service for the peace of mind and have not had rodent problems. It also includes spider and other insect control. I am also very happy with their lawn division. They do weed control, Japanese Beatle control (after I saw evidence of the beetles on my trees), and fertilizing. This spring my yard looked pretty bad due to the harsh winter. They came out an aerated it and put down seed. It now looks beautiful. Everyone I have dealt with there in both divisions have been very helpful and have gotten to know my yard. I would highly recommend Adams Pest Control and their lawn division.

We've been an Adam's customer for many years. We moved out of the "city"in 2015 to a rural area, and Adam's still services our home. The technicians have all been courteous and helpful. I know it's hard to specify a certain time, especially in our area, and that is fine with us, but they are usually within 1/2 hour from the stated time. What I like is the fact the techs site potential problems areas and offer suggestions. The number of "indoor" bugs we have is quite minimal, even living on a farm. Also their spraying around the outside of our house minimizes the problems with bugs, such as Japanese beetles when they are in season.

Would not recommend Adams to remove bats. They said they could remove bats from our home's attic but after going through 4 service people the bats were still there. Called Adams multiple times and they started claiming it wasn't bats anymore that were the issue,. Escalated to a service manager, who came out and said the bats created new holes and they can never really get rid of bats. If I'd been told that from the start, I wouldn't have contracted with them! Their results are not 100% guaranteed (for a refund) either. Very disappointed.

I'm a property manager - contract states will provide monthly service to spray exterior for mice and insects, will set bait stations on exterior of all 8 buildings - well 2 months later, no bait stations installed but invoices that state they have been serviced and the technician had been scheduling with me directly - he no called, no showed on two jobs needed for residents, I was told they have no definitive treatment for mice already inside the units and when I spoke to customer service about being charged for services not provided, the next time I contacted the technician to reschedule the last appointment he no showed for I got a smart reply that I now had to contact someone else to schedule service for bed bugs but giving me no contact information, I replied asking for clarification and no response to date. So I have a resident who has had her unit "prepped" for about 2 weeks now and the person who is supposed to schedule has been out! I am now paying them and another service until this contract ends, it will not be renewed!

Worst service. I would never recommend going through Adams Pest control. We had a mouse problem. So I called them up. While they were there the guy sprayed for bugs outside (the one service I would say is partly worth it). Otherwise the mouse service is NOT worth the money! They sent someone out, when the guy got there he explained the procedures and that he would be walking around the house and looking for spots that mice could get in. Well he walked around for not more than 10 mins and said he only found one "possible" spot and that my house was sealed very well... I said did you walk in the back of the house? (Since he took him less that ten mins) Which he confirmed he did. I asked if he thought any of the holes in the back would be a point of entrance. He asked to see them, when we went back there I showed him the hole and within the home we found obvious signs of mice (nuts/fabric). Listen, if I am paying someone 300 dollars to find a hole they better find that hole! And that's not the worse part. I have a small dog and expressed my concerns about the poison they use and my dog getting into the poison, he told me that the house was secured and the mice won't be getting back in so if she found it, it would be outside and told me just to make sure she doesn't eat any dead mice because that would make her sick or possibly die. Well, less than two weeks later we find funky discolored mice poop in our kitchen. Turns out with a nice Google search, that means the mice got the poison outside and got back in the house! So now I still have a hole, poisoned mice that will die quickly in my house and also a larger chance my dog could find the mice first. So what happens when I call Adams pest control? They tell me that the guy that came out lied about the mice being poisonous to my dog and that they don't use secondary poison (well which one is it? Because they don't have their story right) also they were going to send out the same guy! So I asked for a new person to come out and have "another set of eyes" aka actually take time and look for holes. They said they would get a hold of someone else, hang up on me and never call me back. Great company (sarcasm). Def will never suggest anyone to use them. Just seal up the house yourself and put your own traps down. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

i've used Adams for a couple years. First off they try to get you signed up for 4 times a year. You don't need that much poison sprayed around and inside your house! After trying to cancel and getting high pressure, I agreed to once in spring and once in fall. I just called because had to cancel spring appointment. Office gal said they would, but today the technician showed up! Now, did she just "forget" to take me off the schedule, or is this another pressure tactic from Adams?! Get the technician to your door to make you feel guilty and let them spray? I guess when all is said and done, every company uses the same bug poison, right? Go with the company that has excellent customer service. Adams doesn't, in my opinion.

We called Adams Pest Control because our stove wasn't working correctly. When the Sears maintenance man came out and took some panels off of the stove/oven, there were definite signs of mice. They actually ate portions of our stove (insulation, wire, etc.) and wreaked havoc with droppings and other non-pleasantries. We called Adams immediately and they were able to come out the next day. He walked around our foundation and closed up gaps; set traps in our lower walk/out level and some on the main floor and behind the stove. While he was there a mouse tripped the trap that was behind the stove. They are excellent and very knowledgable about what they do. To answer your question: yes, we did replace the stove and haven't had any signs of mice since. Give them a call! They'll take great care of you.

We had a rodent (mice) problem that four previous extermination services were unable to solve. When the cold weather set in this winter and we again found evidence of mice in our home we were frustrated to say the least. I had seen the advertisement for Adam's Pest Control on television several times and decided to contact them to find out what they could do for us to solve the problem. The person I spoke to, thoroughly explained their procedure for our specific problem and quoted, what we felt, a very fair price for the service. We scheduled immediately for the technician to come to our home the following week. The technician was not only knowledgeable of mice, he was also patient and took time explaining mouse behavior. He made a complete inspection of our home inside and outside and showed us where he found problems and the suspected areas where he determined that the mice were entering our home. Along with traps set within our home, he dealt with the outside areas of entry. No other service had ever made a thorough outside and inside inspection of our home before. The technician explained what we could expect within the next few days. He also reminded us to contact him if what he had done did not give us the desired results. Additionally, he reminded us of the 6 month warranty on his services. I am happy to say that everything the technician told us and everything he did is exactly what happened and we have been free of any mice in our home since. I would add that all of the staff at Adam's Pest Control who we dealt with were respectful and professional. We do not hesitate to highly recommend Adam's Pest Control to anyone with any type of pest problem that requires the services of an exterminator.

The technician was very courteous. However, I just paid $130 for a snap trap. The inspection wasn't very thorough. We caught nothing and the sound in our wall/ceiling finally went away (died?). However several months later we found a wayward mouse running around and the cat got it. I'll rely on him instead and if it becomes a bigger problem, I will go with someone else.

I have been working with our technician as long as I have been here, 4+ years. He has consistently demonstrated a high level of knowledge of his business as well as an understanding of our business. We are regulated by a Quality Management System and must always be compliant with this. Pest Control is a part of this and Brian totally understands how what he does impacts us professionally. He goes above and beyond to communicate with me and to respond when I have special needs or questions between visits. He is aware of and follows all the details of what our QMS calls out for. Recently, we had a very high level audit by a notified body. They requested specific information during the audit regarding pest control. There is not another pest control company in Texas as professional or dedicated to customer service as Adam's Exterminating. The technician that frequents my home, David, has gone above and beyond for almost two years now to keep my home pest-free and safe for my daughter and her friend's to hang out all summer at. If I could give a 0, I would. I called and booked an appointment for a specific time to get rid of ground wasps by our pool. When the technician was late, I called and was told the tech would be at my home in 5 minutes. After waiting 1 hour and a half, I talked with "Bill" who was an extremely rude young man. Bill told me I didn't have a specific appointment and that he could not get a hold of the tech and told me they had all day to complete the job. I will NEVER call them again. NOT RELIABLE!!

My lawn is very tricky and sometimes would just go dormant for weeks at a time in the summer, even with an irrigation system and lots of rain. With poor results of me treating the lawn, I went with Adam's and the grass is now thick and green. Went from mowing every 3 weeks to every 5 days. Their technician Matt Cournoyer is the best and can transform a patchy mess into a beautiful lawn, plus he actually listens to his customer's and goes above and beyond to get the job done right.

We didn't have a choice to use Adam's, they were the pest company hired by the seller's agent before we bought our house. Their inspection came back A+, 100% fine. After moving in and finding mouse droppings, we started catching mice every day before we hired a Googled pest control company who found 15 places visible to the trained eye where mice were getting in, along with a major infestation in an entire wall. All said, we had to spend about $35,000 on complete mouse remediation, wall replacement, new siding and various other mouse related repairs.

I have been with Adam's for 4 years and three houses: one I just sold, one I just bought, and one that was my parents' snowbird home. I have been very pleased with the service! I am sad to read some of the poor reviews; I think these patrons have had unfortunate experiences with unqualified specialists. Here in the NW Metro area, we LOVE Craig Clement. He is knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and prompt. He definitely goes "above and beyond," helping me to keep my home protected and safe. He calls me when he notices the source of a potential problem, and he fixes any current problem without delay or direction. I signed up with Adam's when some red squirrels moved in after my dogs, their natural chasers, passed away. They took care of the damage as well as the ground squirrels that decided to move in, too, and I have been with Craig and Adam's every since.

technician (Brian) was very helpful, courteous and was always happy to respond to emails, but as a company in general i would not do business with again. i had them do a mouse inspection and Brian had set 3 traps in our utility room and this is where it had ended. while this appeared to be a short term fix, i have started to think how such a isolated approach could rid my problem, which it hadn't. i recently tried to have Brian come back, but found out i was just past my warranty period. no follow up calls, no follow ups on varmit traps (ie; catching any?) nothing at all. just "...we would be glad to send him for another $190....." other pest companys such as Plunketts or similar proactively check bait stations and give a report on activity around your property. (at least this is the case at our cabin north of Brainerd) for my home, i will be using Rainbow Pest Experts and i recommend you do the same.

I cant leave 0 stars but i would if i could. I live in a duplex and unfortunately my neighbors lack of knowledge on how to deal with her bed bugs spread to my part of the house when she left her mattress in the back hallway that we share. After a few weeks of getting bites in the middle of the night I told my husband he needs to do a thorough check of the mattress because something just isn't right. There unfortunately was about 12 bed bugs hanging out on my BRAND NEW bed. Unfortunately for me I rent my place so had to go through my landlord to get services from anyone. I had already thrown out my mattress just out of pure disgust. I've never had bed bugs before and didn't want to wait to get my bed treated and suffer getting more bites plus my daughter as well. Anyways the younger guy who came to my house all he did was poke around the now empty room besides my dresser with a flashlight. Did not tell me or show me if there were any more signs of bed bugs in the room at all. He then went to the neighbors and just left. My landlord contacted me to tell me this man said yes in fact there are bugs still and it will be 1800 for both sides and i will be stuck with a 900 dollar bill when the neighbor had the pests and spread them to my place. I refuse to pay the 900 so had Orkin come for a second opinion and THANK GOD someone knows what the hell they are doing. He did a great job checking my place and let me know that no in fact there are absolutely no bugs in my place and only are bugs in the neighbors side still. He of course still recommend treatment but it costs far less than Adams. He was much more informative and i feel like the guy who came out from Adams was just looking to stick a big bill on us just taking advantage of the fact that it is a duplex and if they treat one side they in turn have to treat the other. Very disappointed in the whole disgustibg experience and would never recommend!

We have had nothing but fantastic service from Adam's Pest Control. We have used them for a number of years. They come out quarterly but are available anytime you need them. Duane is our technician and he is the bomb! I have had all mice removed from our home- inside and out including the garage (and we live by a pond so that's saying something). Duane has taken care of two bee issues we have had. One was in the outside light above our front door and the other was an in the ground nest. I also had an ant issue at one time and that, too, has been taken care of. I would highly recommend Adam's Pest Control to all friends and family.

We had Adam's Pest control come out today and it was a blizzard . Evidence of mice thankfully just contained in 2 areas (so far). He was here for about 2 hours did very deep inspection. Layed out traps (I have kids and l pets so he made sure they were safe) 2 hours after he left.......mouse was caught. UNBELIEVEABLE. AMAZING. Thank you Adam's pest control and A+ props to that amazing man who was on time (he thought he was late because he was here 5 mins late) um it was a blizzard we would of understood if he did not make it at all. THANK YOU. He also got stuck as he was leaving, my amazing son went out to help him.

I am delighted! Kendrick came the same day I called for service to get rid of mice. He quickly found a number of entry points and plugged them. The reason I'm delighted is because as I was about to go to bed that night, I heard a noise. I thought it was coming from one of the traps. In reality, it was a mouse trying to work its way back in at one of those former entry points and it couldn't get in! NOW THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN' ABOUT!!

Sam and Craig came to my house and they were very easy to work with. They took the time to listen to the history of mice in our attic and then did a thorough walkthrough of the inside and outside of the house. They showed me the areas where mice are probably getting in, as well as pointed out some holes the mice had created to gain access to our attic. They presented me with a plan of attack that was very reasonable and that they were confident would alleviate the mouse problem. I highly recommend working with Craig and / or Sam, they are very professional, honest, and up front with what's going on in your home.

The field service staff are competent, professional and thorough. Besides actually performing the service, the field staff will ensure that all of my questions are answered. Very disappointed with there service, Came out once for the quarterly service and did a bunch of things then I don't think I ever saw them do anything else after that. I complained about my traps being damaged outside the house by rodents and they didn't do anything. The guy shoved copper steel wool in my AC line area and shorted out my AC so i had to fix that and i didn't turn in a clam which I was being nice and I regretted that. Save your money its not worth it at all.

Adams came out and sprayed for bugs two days after a snowstorm, the snow had melted, but sitting water was iced. they charged me 137 dollars to spray. for what? their own profit. I told the tech to stop talking and leave as he was trying to explain to me how the too early spraying is still good. good for their bottom line, but not for me. shame on you Adams. later on after posting this, and bringing up an issue on my bill, the manager sent me an email canceling me as a customer. I cannot recommend Adams.

My technician was Derek F. Very professional, clean and attentive. I hate spiders. I mean, think if nuclear war would kill them all, I would be the first to push the button. Derek asked me about the issues, asked where my concerns were and then proceeded to annihilate the bevy of arachnid interlopers invading my abode. Once he was finished he asked if there was anything else he could do. I described a hidden mercenary camp of 8 legged freaks that I suspected were planning an invasion from my laundry room and he rushed in with gusto and give them what for. Adam's Pest Control has earned my business, and there has been nary a spider within my domicile since the brave Derek cast them from my home into the chemical pits of the nether world where they belong. 5 Stars, and a happy customer.

Within an hour on Memorial Day weekend I had left a vm on after hours number, spoke to manager, and scheduled a technician to come out. Tech called once in route, arrived as estimated and addressed issue with a positive attitude and plenty of information about what we were dealing with.

We have been serviced mulptiple times for mice and voles. Service has been ineffective and required follow-up visits that often are postponed or do not happen at all. The tech suckered us into a yearly service agreement that requires two full-service visits per year. This year they have yet to make the second visit, or follow up on the failed first visit, but yet are trying to get full payment out of me for services not rendered. I call and tell them about my dissatisfaction, get no promised response from managment, and then I see a bill from a collection agency for $123. These guys suck.

I've used Adam's for a year now and have a mixed review. Initially, they were very responsive and on the ball, so I bought a year of service. When the technicians came to my place, they were friendly and did great work. Towards the end of my contract when I was trying to schedule my final visit before renewing, they stopped returning my calls. I left several messages over the course of a month, and they never got back to me. So I got screwed out of the last visit I had paid to receive. If you do use them, I suggest only paying per visit instead of a year at a time.

My property manager of my apartments uses adams for extermination purposes. They were called to come to my apartment and spray for "pantry bettles". I gave my property manager permission to enter my place because I was at work at the time. I came home to dirt mashed into my carpet, in my kitchen sink and a trail of dirt on the kitchen floor leading to my bathroom on my brand new bright yellow rug were dirty foot prints. I am a female with no males living with me but my 2 year old son which is still in diapers my best discovery yet is when I walked in the bathroom besides my rug was MY TOILET SEAT UP WITH PEE IN MY TOILET!!! My property manager was able to let me know that the technician who was in my apartments name is Jesse. It's unbelieveable that someone can be so rude as to come in and invade my home. Some of this stuff is minor and I understand pest controlling can get a little messy but when running a business and entering in someone's home especially when there not home you should want to leave it like you didn't even come. Thanks Jesse for leaving me so many clues to let me know you were working in my house but next time just leave a card and when your done making yourself at home IN MY HOME FLUSH THE TOILET AND PUT THE LID DOWN. I recommend anyone thinking about using this company to spend your money elsewhere I didn't even get left a card or a after summary or what was found/not found and or further instructions on how to prevent these beetles.

She not only took care of the one wasp nest I knew of, she found 2 more and took care of them as well. WOW... I was really impressed. Danny came out , he was ontime, stayed just over 1 hour. Sealed up the exterior of the home, set traps outside and was very concerned about our dog. Gave us a bunch of info so we could make a good decision on how to kill the mice outside. Then set traps for us in our furnace room and utility room. Really great experience...! 6 month warranty.. Great value..!

Adam Pest Control is a complete scam. As part of the sale of my home the people buying it requested pest control. The serviceman came out and I told him the situation. He said that this is common and that I just needed a receipt to prove that I had my home serviced. As if I was not as important as other customers. He walked around part of the house and filled one small hole. The rest of the time he tried to 'small talk' with me. He was there was 20 minutes and I was charged $268. I paid half of it and called corporate to see if they could issue me a credit. His manager admitted that the serviceman was unprofessional, however the manager unwilling to issue me a credit. The manager seemed to not care about the lack of service I received and how much I was charged for it. I told him that I never leave bad reviews, however, if I did not get a credit, which i clearly deserved, that I would be leaving a 1 star review online. Again, he did not care. I only paid the rest of the bill to protect my credit rating. I calculate for paying $268 for 20 minutes of service, I was charged at a $804/hour rate. I did not know they had a team of lawyers performing pest control. Complete scam. If they honor my complaint and issue me a refund, I will take this post down.

On 9/21/17 we had been working with another pest control company to get rid of a squirrel trapped in our basement, however the Pest control company said they don't deal with Squirrels so they wouldn't come back out since the traps didn't work and were not meant for squirrels. Fortunately i was able to call and speak with Jennifer at extension 806. Although she couldn't get someone out to our house for 2 weeks since I was in distress she actually spent 15 minutes with me on the phone walking me through how I should bait my kill and live traps to get the squirrel. The squirrel had been in our basement for 5 days at that point destroying our windows and ceilings costing thousands of $$$ in damages to our home. Because I was able to speak with Jennifer, we actually caught the squirrel later that evening. Even though we didn't end up using the services, we are so grateful for the exceptional service Jennifer provided. This prevented us thousands more in damages and allowed us the first good night sleep my wife and I had in days. She even gave me her extension so I could call back with more questions for help.

They came out after being asked to look for flying insects and their source and the source, but instead searched for bedbugs, which I told the "tech" I did not have! After realizing I was correct in this, the "bug specialist" informed me that he doesn't know anything about flying insects and that he usually only looks for bugs that crawl! Not being a "bug specialist' did not stop me from deciding to investigate further myself by removing the light cover on the ceiling of my bedroom and discovering the tiny insects which had been annoyed by recently and took them my local college entomology lab and discovered that the source for these tiny flies was likely the dumpster behind our building making their way into my apartment that of the tenant across the hall as well. I have never been treated so rudely by a company in life! Since the bugs were very small and Adam;s was unable find specimens the "bug specialist" spoke to me me as if I must imagining or hallucinating these flies. I would not use Adam's for any reason ever again! I have a problem I will solve it myself..

If I could give them zero I would. The guy came to my house I basically told him I had a bug issue I knew because I saw them. He basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. That he won’t treat my home anyway because he thinks I am a hoarder. I had one room that looked crowded with a few boxes of recycling on the floor because I was in the middle of cleaning when he came. How dare him throw judgement onto me. Needless to say I will be looking for a different company one with less ride employees.

NASTY! They are quick, sloppy, and dishonest. My neighbor had bed bugs and they heated their apartment and said everything was clear - with their person and dog who checked all the other apartments. 2 weeks later another neighbor gets them, they charge to come out and confirm that they are bed bugs and then come back to heat their apartment - check "some" apartments and say that everything is clear. 4 days later I get them - crawling all over my couch, loveseat, bed, hallways - they charge to come out yet again to "confirm" that they are bed bugs (what else would they be at this point?) -confirm, wonder why they missed it with a person and dog, and bring the dog through again who went right to my couch and loveseat. They have missed 2 apartments now - and are making me wait over a week to treat my apartment (again, not the whole building - which makes more sense) and after they treat my apartment - i'm sure we'll get the "all clear" yet again. House hunting now and will never use Adam's as a company - they are sloppy, inefficient, and not knowledgeable with bed bugs at all.

I had them come out in July to get rid of some mice. They put bait traps in my house. I told the company earlier not to put them in there. The technician never found entrance where the mice were conning in. I did and have been catching them on the outside. A company that I definitely not hire back. Adam's did a reasonable job. Their communication was not the best, but there are now no mice! They did some minor sealing on the interior of a rental property and put out indoor and outdoor mouse traps. They made recommendations on what I should look at sealing up on the exterior of the house. I had asked for a call from the tech on whether or not they should apply a boxelder bug treatment, but the tech didn't call and applied it anyway. When I heard back from them several months later about paying the fee, I was charged for the boxelder bug treatment. When I requested a refund, it was given within a couple hours. I am very pleased with the speed of the refund. I am disappointed they did not seal up the outside of the house and instead just provided recommendations and did not contact me at the time of service or after to report what they did. For mice, professionals pretty much do what you would do. I went with Adam's because of the 6 month guarantee and me not having to do it!

My family moved into an apartment in Sept. 2015 and the prior tenants were filthy, disgusting people who had bed bugs. My family wasn't told of this until move-in day, but the apt management said Adam's Pest Control came in prior to move-in day and heat treated the place (meaning it was "safe" to live in). Obviously it wasn't safe because as of almost 4 months later, bed bugs are still biting my family and living in the apt. Adam's has been coming every 2 weeks for 4 months and "treating" the apt (heat, chemical and even chemicals in the walls). They continue to find live bed bugs and claim to be taking them back to their office to run tests on these pests. Other pest control companies we've called have said this is "highly unusual" and even high quantity infestations only should take 3 to 4 treatments to remove the bed bugs. I understand privacy between apt management and this particular pest company, however, NO ONE at Adam's Pest Control would give us details about our current situation. They have been claiming that we haven't been "doing all we can" and basically telling my family that it is THEIR fault because they haven't "prepped" before each chemical treatment. My family hasn't been getting information on how to properly "prep" before each treatment due to lack of communication between our apt mgmt and Adam's Pest Control. Each time there is someone new coming to the apt and whenever my family has called the company to get info., people who work there say they can't talk to us and we have to go through our own apt mgmt. Basically if you want pain, suffering and frustration beyond belief, you should absolutely go through this company for your pest issues. Otherwise do yourself a favor and get an actual trusted pest control company who can actually do the job.

Don't use this company. It will save you the aggravation to do some due diligence and research and ask neighbors before using this fake, money hungry, unprofessional company. I used them and did not get what I was told on the phone. These calls are recorded too. Then the exterminator that showed up was lazy as could be and his work was sloppy. He used something to supposedly seal cracks it was sloppy and looks terrible. I went over his work and found holes he missed. I still had mice coming in using this company and I figured it out on my own. The operators lie to you to get your business and when the exterminator shows up you don't get what you were told. Also, I paid almost $300 for two traps and two or three bait containers which I was told on the phone wasn't used. The guy was too lazy to set the traps too. I contacted the corporate office and so far nothing. I may take them to civil court. This company is a fraud.

I have never given a company a 1 or 2 -star review, but in this case I was really disappointed. We had an appointment scheduled, the guy doesn't show up. My husband and I were then convinced I had written down the wrong Wednesday, so we waited another week and they still didn't show. So I called Adams to confirm my appointment, and they had nothing on the books. After being on hold for an extended amount of time, she asked me if she could call me back. 10-20 minutes later, I get an EMAIL, not a call back saying there was a glitch in the system and my appointment never got posted. Then in her email she gives me a new scheduled date and time. Because she emailed me instead of calling me, she didn't ask if that date or time worked for us, and it didn't. It also was now going to be an entire month since our initial call. So I emailed her back asking for something sooner. She emailed me the next morning saying she will have a technician out at 2:00pm. However, because my husband and I were both a work, neither of us had the opportunity to leave and be there, so I said that wouldn't work. Then they cancelled the entire service. The reason why I am not giving them a 1 star, is it was not the woman on the phone/emails fault this happened, and she did try and reschedule for me twice. However, when telling a customer you will call back, please call. Don't just take the liberty to schedule the appointment when you do not/did not ask for the clients availability. I just was extremely disappointed in how it was all handled.

I can not understand how this company can maintain any long-term customers. Their customers must not be aware of what they are receiving or maybe their techs are better. We lived in many different states while with the military, and every time had pest control service at our house. The experience with this company is unlike any we’ve had before. Very disappointed that we signed on with them for a year and spent over $1100 total for a scam and a whole lot of empty promises. The technician assigned to us spent no more than 10 min on average every time he came to the house. Each visit cost us $139. We live on 2 acres and I also have a surveillance outside. I know what we got for a pest control, which is not much. We have ants in the kitchen now and a mosquito paradise outside. They had “zero” effect on the bugs. And they definitely do not stand by their promise of “guaranteed effectiveness.” Certainly, when I called to complain, we weren’t offered a trip back. We got duped for sure. What their contract says is definitely not what they will deliver. I called and notified their customer service every month. They are exceptionally well trained to come up with excuses for everything: we don’t spray more than 2 ft from the house, hire lawn company to get rid of ants in the front lawn, can’t get ahold of the tech, the tech ran out of mosquito spray etc. Finally, today when the tech didn’t show up , and they supposedly couldn’t get ahold of him (standard excuse), I cancelled the service. No more $139 charged for 10 min of the tech walking around the house spraying a few puffs here and there and leaving the bill.
