I missed my scheduled time slot while at a Dr. appointment. I was able to reschedule easily for a different day. The service person was very professional, quick and thorough. He explained the bug situation to me and what their treatment will do to protect our home. So glad to be rid of ants and spiders on and around our deck.

Within 10 days of initial mouse treatment program, the droppings ceased. our bait boxes are still active but the mice dont live long enough to infest our home anymore. we live in the woods out in the country so mice are a constant issue. Love this company

Told my sister to continuosly mop and sweep, vacum etc after the flea bombing for ruffly 2 weeks. Also said after done so we wouldnt have to recive another bombing for at least 30 days. Here i am only 9 days later i brought a good friend of mine downstairs (where the bombing was done) and as soon as we stepped downstairs fleas just attacked our clothes. White socks seeming to be black only after seconds of being down there. So im completly unsatified with there work.

Not only have they resolved my issues on multiple occasions, but also spend the time to explain future preventative measures and really help me understand my problem(s). I had the same experience as Megan Ward. At first I had great service and Manny did an awesome job. Then a different technician was assigned and service went downhill. I work on the road 4 days out of the week and can't use my cell phone during work. I had issues with appoints being scheduled and being called at unexpected times. I tried explaining that I could not take calls sometimes, because of work. This happened a few years back and I tried to talk to the manager and he basically said that they did not want my business so I went with a local mom and pop pest control service which seemed to understand my hectic work schedule and that I had to hush through calls so I wouldn't get caught on my phone. Haven't had any issues since. I think the biggest issue with this Terminex is that they are independent and really could careless about customer service.

Said that they came to my house and no one was home. That was odd since I had six people in my home at the time. When I called to ask if they were coming they said no, they already did. I told them that no one showed and I needed service either today or tomorrow (because of an ant problem they weren't doing a good job fixing) they said they couldnt get there for a few weeks. I was annoyed and hung up. When I calmed down and called back a week or so later, they had cancelled my services and basically told me to get bent. I spoke to Chris, he and the general manager were not helpful at all.
