If you don’t have an issue with being notified that they will be coming to treat your home then they may be the service for you. Should you like to be notified in a timely manner then all bets are off. Worked for years to get a 24 hour notification so we could arrange our schedule to be home at the time of service and that never happened. Management even admitted that the service they pay for call ahead notifications doesn’t function properly and has flaws. My family wasn’t comfortable with leaving a key to let them treat the inside of the home without us there. Apparently they have no understanding of people who work and their inability to last minute change their schedules. I would not recommend using this service at all, in fact I would highly urge you to go elsewhere. As much as I like to use small business over larger franchises in this case it might be best to go with a company that is more professional.

I appreciate the professionalism and level of service provided, whether it is Alec or Dave that comes out. We engaged them primarily for mice and insect control and we've been happy with the results. What I considered to be a value added service, Dave asked if we had noticed any bee or hornet nests. I had but wasn't aware that it was part of the plan. Dave dusted the nest and took care of the problem. As it happened, I noticed a 2nd nest a couple of hours later and he came back the same day to dust that hive as well.

Sureshot has wonderful service and are always professional. They have done a great job both inside and outside my home. We have had an ant problem in the past and come to find out certain bushes draw ants. With suggestion of removal of those bushes huge difference in the amount of ants seen this year. Alec you are awesome. Thanks again!
