Waste of money. Consumer service was crappy. When the worker came to my house, he was very young. He did a poor job. Spiders appeared about a month in. I always order the the treatment that keeps them away for up to 8 weeks. Don’t waste your money on this company.

This is the second year we've had Spider Control come out to spray our home to prevent spiders. Living so close to the lake, we get huge spiders on the outside of our home every single night. It makes it impossible to enjoy the backyard in the evenings. With Spider Control, we don't have to worry about spiders and their giant webs all over our house. I highly recommend Spider Control! We plan on being lifelong customers!

Not a single complaint. The technicians do a thorough job. We have numerous boats coming on the property during the year for storage bringing spiders with them and our buildings always stay spider free. Spider Control has the situation under control.

Simply the best pest control company on the East Side. We use them for spiders and mosquitoes for about 4 years now. 2 mosquito treatments this year and we have only seen a handful, compared to usually getting bitten alive. We had our house and landscaping treated for spiders 3 times and haven't seen a single spider. I feel bad for our neighbors, because all the spiders go to their houses now. Prices are affordable and they do run references specials and seasonal specials. Customer service is top notch here as well. I definitely recommend.

Had one treatment. I think they feed the spiders! In four weeks there are more spiders than I have seen in 25 years of living on the water. Going back to my old method spraying with products from Lowe's. This company's expensive and waste of money.

So far so good! Everyone I spoke to was very nice It was an easy process. The only complaint I have is the worker didn't close my back gate and I forgot to look before I let my dogs out and both my dogs got out. So i had to chase my Jack Russell around the neighborhood after I got home from work.

Horrible customer service! They have sprayed my house for ants 3 times & guess what the ants are still roaming around! Then they don't give a 3-4 hour window to be service the only thing Kim could tell me was "a tech will call when he's on his way." I had something to do today but I paid someone to stay at my house so the tech could spray my home for the 4th time & nobody showed up! Kim called me at 3pm saying that the tech couldn't make it & had to come out Saturday morning. I told her that I had something to do Saturday & they would have to come around noon. She had the nerve to say he can't come at noon...so after waiting ALL damn day for a tech to show up nobody at this company could accommodate my request to come on Saturday at noon. Hell y'all cancelled on the day you were supposed to come. How professional is that?!

I have used this service for several years. Every time I call the call taker is very friendly, nice and very easy to set up a appointment. The workers have always shown up as scheduled and the spray they use must work because the exterior of my house is always spider free for longer than they advertise. I usually get 2 treatments a summer and I am very satisfied from start to finish with this business.
