PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL! I had an appointment with Schultz to treat for carpenter ants with a guaranteed arrivals between 2pm and 4pm. At approximately 3pm, Bill called to say he was slammed and ask if I had any flexibility regarding our appointment time. When I told him I did not, he rearranged his scheduled to accommodate me and arrived shortly after 3pm. Bill sprayed the entire exterior of our home, our deck, inside our garage and kitchen. He also set bait at several locations throughout the kitchen and eating area and took the time to tell us exactly what to expect. Bill was all wrapped up by 4:10 and we easily made our 4:30 appointment. Couldn't be happier with the service, and Bill is just a great guy. Highly recommended!!!!

Had a new Radon Remediation system installed So thrilled to have found this company. Used another "big name" 2 years ago and have been trying ever since to get their system to work. Not ever going to happen. Called Schultz last week, they came right out and said there would be no problem installing a system inside (the other system is in my backyard!!!) Less than a week later, they worked until after dark to finish the system, fully explained to me how the system works, and cleaned up like it was their own house. Great service, product, and function! Thank you Schultz!

Called late morning because I saw tons of "sawdust" in my basement. Of course I thought I had termites. They came to my house later that day and reassured me that it was just ants putting sand in my duct work. We had Schultz out to install a radon mitigation unit in our home and it went very smooth. Great service. We retested the radon after it was installed and realized that we needed a bigger fan. They came out and installed a bigger fan lickity split and our radon levels are now well below the acceptable EPA recommendations. We highly recommend Bill and his great staff.
