Great company. Very courteous and prompt service. I had two other companies fail to complete my wasp removal after several attempts. Rose Pest came out and after one visit we haven't had a wasp in our house in over a month. I highly recommend Rose Pest!

Great people over here, had a problem where a rodent(probably squirrel) got stuck in my chimney and called in asking for help, they came out and walked me through how they use a method so easy I could do it myself. They charged me nothing since they give free inspections. If you need help this is the place to go.

We had an amazing experience with Rose at the Toledo location when we were suspicious that we were having bed bugs after several incidents in previous homes. The staff at Rose in Toledo were extremely caring, informative, and professional. They advised us not to exterminate unless we verified that we had an infestation. It is now months later and all our concerns have been alleviated, having found nothing. They saved us thousands of dollars and gave us piece of mind. Highly recommend them!

We have been here since July 2012. We opted to contract with Rose and we are glad we did. Our initial 2 visits were quite satisfactory, but recently we had an inspection visit that also coincided with a visit from field mice. Fortunately, our tech was Bill, and he was excellent. He set some traps and followed up with us 2 more times, 2 of them after hours. Problem solved. I will recommend Rose to anyone who asks, and to many who don't ask

Got my apartment treated for bed bugs twice close to a year ago, and the bugs lingered and are as bad as they were before we got the place treated. We even bought a new couch and I got mattress and pillow protectors and they stayed. Additionally, office staff was inconsistent with help. I called to schedule a follow up when I was told to, and someone told me I would be contacted by them. A month goes by and nothing. After multiple attempts after another month or so I finally get in contact with help and they asked why I waited so long to schedule my follow up. I would not recommend Rose.

I used Rose pest control for many years at a property I managed a few years ago and they were very efficient, reliable, and customer service oriented. My most recent experience has been everything but the above listed. The office staff is rude and acts as though they are doing you a favor and not being paid for their services. They are lack luster in making your community needs a priority, and show no empathy toward your community needs and overall health. I would not recommend them to anyone after this most recent experience.

My first experience with Rose was they came out due to bed bugs. They came and did an inspection and told us we did not have bed bugs. I explained that I know we do because we have seen them, killed them and are being bitten. I had to take a picture to prove to them that we do indeed have them. They came back and did a manual treatment which did absolutely nothing in terms of getting rid of them. They came back and again did a manual treatment and once again has not even slowed the bed bugs down. We did everything Rose told us to do in preparation for the treatment including drying everything that could be dried on high for 45 minutes, putting everything in garbage bags and sealing them up and removing everything from the home except furniture. All of the preparation, time and tears and nothing has changed. It is horrible.

We have used Rose for years and our technician, Kevin, is wonderful. He has gone above and beyond with any questions we have. We had a mite issue on our deck last year and the whole office was very helpful in determining how to get rid of the mites. I highly recommend this branch of Rose Pest Control.
