I made a rescheduled appointment for Bed Bug Evaluation. Evaluator had to be called once to get a return call. On the Bed Bug inspection day. Inspector failed to arrive and did not answer his phone nor return my message left on his voicemail. My friend and I waited 90 minutes. Get someone else instead.

We have used Rose Pest Solutions for the last 12 years. This company is solid. They let us know when our next appointment is with a postcard via the mail. They are adept at making scheduling changes and are also courteous. But, our real satisfaction comes from our technician David Fields. David is a cut above. We prefer to wait until he returns from being out to do our work. He has knowledge of our house, our community, and our region. He knows what problems to look for based on the seasonality of the year. When we have had a problem (only once or twice) David gives great suggestions for proactively handling the situation. He is well versed, and his training comes through. Let me put it this way...David IS Rose Pest Solutions! Over the years we have had occasion to get clarifications on what David has done. They always track him down, and he calls right back, giving his reasoning behind his actions. The entire experience with Rose Pest Solutions is just solid.

We had Rose spray our foundation, eaves, windows, etc for insects and we couldn’t be happier. The office staff and service personnel were helpful and scheduling was easy and done on time. We had a dead animal under our deck and the service man actually tried to help us retrieve it at no extra charge. The pricing is reasonable and the payment options a breeze.
