I called customer service the lady was not very helpful. I had a year contract, and after the year finished nothing has changed with the roaches it probably got even worse. I tried extending the contract for another year because it was supposed to be cheaper, that what it said in the first contract I signed. But customer service said we don't want to sign with you another agreement and if you want us to come back you will have to pay per visit. This was my first time using rose and maybe my last.

Horrible horrible horibble! It's amazing how you can speak to someone (Laura) that works for a company and is completely useless! My wife is told one thing and when I call back its completely different. Wow! Just wow! If "Laura" answers the phone, and you want to use this company, I'd highly recommend asking for someone else

Customer service was nice but not helpful at all. Spent 10 mins on the phone to be told someone would call me back Monday with an ETA-yet she didn't even ask what type of service I needed. Then I was told someone would call me back on Monday to set up an appointment. When you need an exterminator you need it ASAP. Went elsewhere
