Rose was a delight to work with. I called several places to confirm pricing and the procedure for removing ants in my home. The first place gave me a standard price and no more information. The second was dead set on closing the sale. They were pushy and did not respect my thoughts on the matter, they even wanted to conference in my wife while she was at work. Rose was the third and last call I needed to make. They asked specific questions and helped me identify the type of ants infesting our home (carpenter). They pulled up a map to see if my surroundings may contribute to the unwelcome guests. The associate that handled the removal of the ants was personable and professional. He made quick work of the ants and made sure our pets were safe. I highly recommend Rose Pest Solutions.

I have had a very positive experience with this group for the last three years. I have a year long contract and have had the same technician who really knows all my bug issues in every part of the house inside and out. No more spiders, centipedes, stink bugs and those large carpenter ants on my deck crawling everywhere. I had a horrible mouse problem due to a settling foundation that they were able to eradicate. Two weeks ago I called in a panic because I had huge carpenter bees making nests in my driveway and bothering us as we parked our cars. They took care of the nest and the bees fled that same day. They are very responsive, fair priced, professional and timely. We have learned so much from our technician who is studying to be an Entomologist. I highly recommend Rose Pest Solutions for any issue and the year long service agreement is affordable and let's me call them anytime to my house.
