The sales person convinced me that I had a mouse problem in my basement and they could get rid of brown marmorated stink bug so I signed a year contract. Turns out I had no mice and the technician said there was nothing they could do about the stink bugs. I could only try to prevent them from coming in the house. They came out as planned with the agreement. If they hadn't lied I would have liked their service and may have even continued, but now I don't trust them.

I hired Rose Pest Solutions to take care of a mouse problem I was having at a rental property. All they did was set up standard mouse traps with peanut butter just like my tenants had done! They also added a bait station outside the house. But that was all they did! They no more effective method of getting rid of mice than I do, or anyone else! Turns out my tenants must have caught all the mice, because Rose didn't catch anything. Complete waste of $260 for something I can do myself. The technician also calls from a restricted number, so you cant call them back to get out there and uphold their 60 day guarantee. I can't speak for their other services, but if you have a mouse problem, don't waste your time and money here. Just set some $2 traps like they will.

Keep it moving and don’t use Rose as a service. Lansing Michigan location I called them Tuesday October 9@ 11am very nice on the phone and sent a guy name Brian the next morning. Spoke to him about my mice issue he than examined my basement concerned rooms and outside my home even garage and found the entrance holes. Told me since my issue was severe he’d make sure I had a technician call me that afternoon to come out the next day. I waited and waited until 12 noon the following day and got NO PHONE CALL. I called nemerous times in 2 hour intervals only to get this each time I called 1. So sorry please leave your contact info someone will call you back 2. So sorry I see you had a schedule from ( ) to come out at 10 am as to why he didn’t show I apologize and will have him call to reset a time for today 3. I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do but get your info and I’ll have someone call you in 15-20 mins 4. Again so so sorry they are all in a cooperate meeting all day I can’t do anything but take your contact info and have someone call you back 5. Hi I’m sorry yeah we never got your paper work so your info is not in my system but I can research and call you back 6. Hello yes Brian never turned in your paper work and because of that you were not called to set up a time and I called his manager to see why he has not turned it in. But I can get you scheduled for Monday morning at 8:30 which to me is not nice but I booked it. With a mice issue your making me wait a week almost? REALLY These are the responses I got the 6 times I called yesterday and to make all aware after Brian did all the talking and let me know someone could do the work the following day I paid them in full for the first year of 454.00 and I couldn’t even get my work order turned in and a phone call? I was very nice each phone call and even gave them a chance this morning asking if they had any cancellations to try and get sooner service and a lady named Stephanie saids “hold on I’ll ask Jessica” in a rude way than Jessica gets on the phone and goes NO WE DONT in a snooty manor. I called another company this morning at 9:55 they are at my residence now did analysis, he called their office and I paid my fee over the phone and now he’s DOING THE JOB on the spot not making me wait and giving excuses and TURNED IN A WORK ORDER FOR ME. Look elsewhere for good customer service because ROSE sure has NONE. @ their LANSING MICHIGAN LOCATION

We had a annual plan service with Rose Pest Solutions and for the last 3 years has been working perfect. Super professional staff is the main highlight. The reception gives you a kindly reminder 1 month in advance before your next check appointmen, they also send you a photo of the professional is going to your house, which is the same one everytime (unless it retires or is out of office). The professional that comes to your house has a ful history of your house past controls, initial history and applications that have been happening, which makes easy to control. I would totally recommend the service and Rose Pest Solutions of Lansing.

I would recommend to use another service Not A Satisfying Service they did a heat treatment and wrote the comments as Couldn't find any bugs at EOD where as I found few of the half dead and remaining Roaming around the room quite comfortably. They charged so Much for it and doesn't even put an effort to see what they came for

I needed them to come check my place for bedbugs. It took them almost two days and ME calling THEM back to get a response. Then I was told it would be another day before they could bring dogs and a whole TWO WEEKS before they could do a heat treatment. They brought their dogs and said I did not have bedbugs. Less than 24 hours later I found an adult bedbug. Horrible wait time and they cannot properly train their dogs.

Rose Pest Solutions was an excellent vendor for a previous employer, so my husband and I called them when we reached the limit of our patience with carpenter ants in our home. We were thrilled when they happened to have an appointment opening within 24 hours. A quick assessment and introduction of the annual were conducted at the same visit. The technician explained the safety of the chemicals they would be using and we were thrilled to hear how safe it is for our dogs (very similar to flea/tick meds for cats and dogs). They sprayed the exterior perimeter and any windows within minutes, and it was safe for the dogs to be outside within an hour. Our neighborhood is plagued with carpenter ants, but we haven't seen a single one in our house since they sprayed! We are looking forward to their next quarterly visit as part of the package we selected. We were so pleased with the quality of service from the main office and the onsite technician, we called them to schedule their mosquito and tick service as well. We highly recommend them to any household or business in Greater Lansing looking for pest intervention and prevention. Thank you, Rose Pest Solutions!

Had paper wasps behind siding at roof line and dormers. Technician Will was prompt, explained process and chemicals used to treat around the house as well as knowledgeable about the wasps and insects. He was great and my wasps haven't been back!

My spouse and I moved into a big old house 22 years ago. Wanting to be good stewards of nature, we let the spiders build webs in the basement/cellar and in the attic corners and rafters. We let ants have the run of the place, using natural deterrents as we knew how. As I was rummaging around in my attic for something, wearing a loose top, a spider bit my stomach. The bite enlarged to the size of a doughnut and oozed daily. Took about eight months to heal. I poured cereal out of a box for my young son one morning; out of the box fell large black ants. Paper wasps built nests in the playground equipment in our backyard and stung our children. Enough. We hired Rose Pest Control to get rid of them. The technician gave us tips to keep insects at bay, like recommending we use an oil based paint on our yard's wooden fence and deck. Seems paper wasps interpreted old wood as invitations to settle in and the swing-set pipes made great nesting areas. Rose Pest Control does as much or as little as we desire. No more spider bites. No more ants in our cereal. No mean paper wasps stinging arms and legs. Yet we still have bumblebees, honey bees, butterflies, dragonflies, and many other insects that we can live with just fine.

I was a loyal and satisfied customer of Rose for many years, I want to say over ten, but last fall a different tech came to my home, which was fine, but the application was not effective (hornets were back after 2 weeks, as were spiders soon after, and box elders never left) and when I called the local office to talk about it, not only did they fail to do a reapplication, the gentleman (Billie) was combative with me and treated me as though I was lying. Something has changed for the worse with this company in the Lansing area, as I had always been treated professionally and the service was impeccable. As further example, when I called recently to inquire about Rose coming out to do an application (frankly in the hopes the prior good service would return), my inquiry was ignored for two days and when I called back to ask why, Billie came on the line and said it was because I had "complained for years" and he told me to go with another company! To summarize, imagine paying in full and on time for a great service for years and then you call ONE time to take issue with an application and you are suddenly blackballed and lies are told by one individual (Billie) who rewrites history and says you've always been difficult. He seems to be in charge of the Lansing office, so I can no longer recommend rose to anyone local.

I would give 0 stars. Called about having a live raccoon removed and released elsewhere and was informed by the secretary that Rose pest solutions does not do catch and release. They catch and kill. I recommend calling Voss pest control for the removal of wildlife. They will catch and release and provide rehabilitation if needed.

Very responsive to my requests and questions. This issue is never an easy one but Rose helps you get through it. They stand by their warranty too. Although, I would have preferred a canine or complete/detailed tech inspection after the heat treatment vs having to pay for a canine inspection to be sure. I think that should be included. Otherwise, they are great to work with and very considerate.

Finally I do not have mice inside my house! A friend recommended ROSE suggesting that I needed professional help after mouse traps were not doing the job. Will has identified all the openings where mice were entering the home, made sure the holes were closed off and checks on a regular basis to keep things mouse free. He is thorough, professional, respectful and trustworthy. I only wish I had called ROSE years ago! Seriously. I typically don't bother with reviews but I have been impressed by the staff and the results.

They are absolutely horrible, the lady on the phone is very rude, not helpful and make sure you read your contract, I paid for a year in advance, and didn't pay my bill because I had sold a business to new owners, they charged me anyways saying they needed 30 days notice and are making me pay for the visit after NOWHERE did it say it must be canceled on the invoice.

From start to finish these people were very helpful. The only company that gave us reassurance and a warranty. The sales guy Brian is a great guy. Answered all of our questions even ones that we didn't know we had. Very knowledgeable. He worked with us. Made sure we were ready and got us an appointment earlier than expected. The guys that came in got our issue done and worked really hard for 9 hours in 140°-160° heat. I will recommend them for any and all of your pets control needs.

1.) Took forever to get an appointment for bedbugs 2.) The guys who came were extremely unprofessional. 3.) Melted My Kitchen Floor!!! 4.) Ripped holes into new couches. 5.) Tore up some carpeting did not put it back down. 6.) Broke so much stuff. 7.) The mesh bag full of delicates was all ruined, looks like a blue drink was spilled all over it. Because we lived in an apartment complex (Moved after this) we did not get any reimbursement for damages. Also we followed the prep sheet closely. Oh and they had to come two times, i'm not convinced they were actually gone before we left, we ended up hiring another company when we moved to the new place just incase any came with us and they did great.

I called on Sunday to try and get a raccoon with distemper removed from our yard. At first they said Tuesday would be the earliest they could remove it. That wasnt going to work as we have a dog and couldn't let the dog out until the raccoon was taken care of. They said they would put me on an emergency list and contact me soon. They didnt call back for over 24 hours. By that time we had contacted someone else to take care of the raccoon. If you're looking for timely, emergency service, dont use Rose, even though they say they are a 24/7 business. If they would have at least contacted us same day to let us know they couldn't do anything that would have been better than not contacting us for over a day.

i had a house/garage fire, and i the process of rebuilding . insurance company brought in a travel trailer for me and my family to stay in while we were finishing up the house...only to find out a week later that the camper was infested with roaches...i was disgusted and angry that my brand new house was exposed to them...i called Rose pest solutions, and they showed up immediately. the staff was great...i haven't as much as seen a spider in this house since their treatment started..i am going to continue treatment with Rose pest solutions... thank you to everyone at Rose pest solutions, its a lot easier to sleep in our new home, without the uninvited guests crawling around...

Called Rose for a pest problem on roof/ in attic. They thought it was squirrels and put out traps in the backyard for a couple weeks. When I called to tell them the problem was on the roof they put 2 traps up on the roof for an additional week. Problem was never solved so I called another company. Turns out it was a family of raccoons. The other company was able to remove these raccoons within a week.

2 days in a row with a 3pm appointment to spray for bees. I’m sure being a warranty call they will never show however I’ve wasted 2 days waiting for this company. No call, no show. They’re great at apologizing and promising but when it comes down to it.... GOOD LUCK!

Rather than wait I went with McDonnell Pest control, who called back within 5 minutes of my initial phone call.
