I bought a house infested with roaches and mice. I called Rose pest solutions and they came out the next day. The tech was amazing!!! Please always send him to me when I get follow up treatments. He took the time to answer questions and explain everything really well. He showed me some things to fix. I'm so grateful for all the information. From the moment I called everyone was super helpful and considerate. The price is comparable to anywhere and much better than the 1st company I called. As long as I have a problem and even for protection from future problems we will be calling this company. Good service, the technician is very nice, and the bugs that were bugging us are no longer bugging us. We found something with the house that was very concerning to us, and this was about the only company that returned calls and could see us in less than a month. They explained things after identifying the problem, treated the pests, and the problems were resolved, and no reoccurrence has been noted.

Horrible customer service from their office staff..... waited 1 week for a call regarding the next steps for pest control, never heard from them so we called them to find out what was going on. They needed a "contract" signed by us to do treatment, waited yet another week for a contract, so we called them again, found out the customer service girl took down the e-mail address incorrectly, still waiting for a contract it's been 2 weeks! GO ELSEWHERE!!!! I will NEVER recommend them!!

Very negative experience. First, I scheduled an appointment, with their "only time available"...which was noon. So I took the second half of the day off (which, was very, very difficult; as I'm in the health profession), to meet the inspector. He never showed until after 5:00. He confirmed we had carpenter ants, and promised to report back to his dispatcher to schedule us for immediate pest control. A week went by, with no call from their office. During the following week, after that, I contacted the inspector, who said "they'll be in touch with you today to schedule". Never happened. One week after that, I hired another company to rid our carpenter ants. The Rose office here in Grand Rapids is so uncoordinated, it's pathetic. And if this is any reflection of their ability to control pests...well...you get the idea.

Absolute top notch people! I hired them to come out and write a report on my property and they were out here the very next day. Paul inspected my house and wrote the report up. They sprayed our siding with a treatment that stained the siding. We called them to come out and look at it. They came out and said they would come out the next day to remove the stain. They never came and never called. It has now been 3 weeks with no action to correct the damage to our house.

We had an outbreak of bedbugs in our rental cottage and Rose responded within a couple days with full treatment including expert advice and follow up treatment. They even have a dog that can sniff out bedbugs who cleared our other cottage. Pricey but you get what you pay for! Experienced, honest, and professional.

I wasn't impressed by their services. I had someone come out for a termite inspection and they didn't even go inside my home to look for signs of infestation. They found a termite outside to confirm and then proceeded to try and sell me their product. They don't have a guarantee with their services...if termites are still in or around my home after two years their only solution is to refund me the initial payment. Safe to say, I won't be choosing them to service my home.

Hired Rose for the full year service agreement, was great the first visit, had a different service each time since. Each new tech had no idea what they were supposed to be doing and basically just showed up and asked me what I needed done. Cancelled service after the first year.

This is the third year in a row that we have had Rose Pest Solutions come up to our cottage and spray for spiders on the outside. This treatment in June last all Summer and through the Fall! I can't tell you what a huge difference it made not to have to sweep the windows for cobwebs every morning and how lovely it is to sit on our porch chairs without being attacked by spiders! This year they came to help us with some mice invaders. They helped identify some big gaps in the exterior that we were able to plug and prevent future problems. I am so grateful to this group for driving all the way to Indian River every year. Very professional and timely.

Was impressed at first as they got me an appt the following day after contacting them. Tech was supposed to be here somewhere between 11-1. No one showed up or called. I finally called Rose at 1:30. They said they would call the tech and have them call me ASAP to let me know where they were. Nothing. No call, no show. What a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and call a company who values their customers and their time. I know I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

On multiple occasions I have called Rose and more than twice instead of sending someone out to us and charging us they researched the type of insect and advised us how to take care of the problem. I wish more companies did business like them. Very responsive on email and they were spot on with what the solution to our problem was. I plan to always be a customer of Rose. False advertising. Got an estimate written down from the technician on his business card. When I called the office to set up service they had no clue about the price I was given - said it was going to cost 130 more than that quote at least. I was totally confused! Don’t the technicians KNOW what their services cost!? District manager asked the tech about the quote and he played dumb even though he was out here twice and refused to call me back. Screwey company with no ethics. District manager would not give me the price I was quoted and I had proof of, and actually thought I was still interested in service
