Killing 3 spiders per night was beginning to be the norm at my house and my wife wasn't very happy. So I called Rick, thinking to schedule an appointment sometime in the next three weeks, and he called back within a couple of hours and came out that same day! Since the day he sprayed I have yet to see another spider. There were at least 5 types visible while he was spraying! Seriously, best pest control and I won't go anywhere else. I moved into a new home about 5 years ago. I would spray the stuff you buy at Home Depot or Lowes the first 2 years we lived in the house but, it would not get rid of our spider problem. After 2 years of trying to fight the spiders, I gave up and called Rick. After he sprayed the first time our problem went away. We have him come back to spray every year to stay on top of this and I am happy to say we are bug FREE!! He's a nice guy and treats your house as if it were his own.

Even though it is late in the season, he took extra care to ensure the nests were taken care of and my yard was clear of other nests. Not only did Rick answer the phone immediately, but listened to our issue of finding a large yellowjacket nest upon our return from a vacation. He was able to come to our home within an hour (not typical), spray, explain what we need to do for follow-up, and was out and back to his own family's events.
