They came out to our business to look for what we thought was a mouse issue. Andrew , the service tech, looked over the building and suggested that bate traps be set around the building. That was 2 weeks ago. Today Andrew returned and looked things over and came to the conclusion that it was probably a bat that was the issue. He then took the time to completely inspect all areas of the roof and and flashings. Because he felt he had misdiagnosed the problem the first time, he gave us a full refund and left the mouse bate traps as a precaution. Seeing as our problem had seemed to be corrected, he could have very easily left things as is. Instead he took the high road and then went beyond with his time and effort. Awesome experience!!

I have used this company for everything from yearly insect control to getting a bird out of my vents! Everyone has been kind, prompt and wonderful to work with. The folks in the office are kind and help to make sure you get the service you need. Highly recommend them!

After calling multiple pest control companies and wildlife removal companies (close to 15!) Regal Pest Control was one of two companies who could help me with my bird problem. Steve was very informative when I was scheduling the appointment. He was up front with me about the cost and state protections for some types of birds (the other company never went over that with me and it was like pulling teeth to request an appointment). Their prices for service are comparable with other companies and their level of customer service exceeds expectations. John showed right on time to remove the birds and was quick in doing so. He also looked around to locate where they were getting in my house. Very happy with the service and I will be calling them first if we ever encounter the same situation again!!

They came out within a few days of my call. They answered all of my questions. I did not have spiders anymore after they came out. I called within 60 days to have them come out one more time "just to be on the safe side" and to take care of a new problem that I had with ladybugs. They were happy to do it just as their guarantee stated.
