This guy shouldn’t even get a one star. This guy/owner is rude and has poor business partices. He is rude on the phone and in texts. He only will take payments in check form left outside your house before he does the work. I will only pay someone after they do the work when they do the job the proper way. Do yourself a favor and find a better quality company and not this so called self proclaimed professional! Ha!

**Beware -This guy is a nut job**. He calls me this morning before 9:00 a.m. And left me a voice message telling me who he was and where he was calling from and to give him a call. Since I was at work I thought it best to call him on my lunch break so that I could talk to him about my issue. However he proceeded to call me 2 more times within the hour and left a 2nd voice message to let me know that he had called and left the 1st voice message. At that point I decided I did not want to work what this company. My day goes on and I forget all about him until he calls me at 10:40 at night. Not only was he rude and belligerent but he told me that he could call me anytime he felt like calling me and the company that referred him gave him my name and address. I'm not sure if he thinks that that's a threat but I don't scare easily. He severly stutters , so while attempting to cuss me out becasue I told him that reputable companies do not call this late, I found it hard not to chuckle. He ended up hanging up on me as well. Since I used a referral company I was not sure who they sent the referral to beforehand, therefore I could not read any reviews on this dumba$$. He will not get my business!!!

I 'm sorry but there is something wrong here. He started out very nice on the phone. He sounded very knowledgeable, but then he mysteriously became very rude and hung up on me for no reason!! I called back and asked him why and he gave me attitude and he said ''oh because I have a business I need to cowtow to you'' Wow! for no reason either. I checked reviews and I see that he has treated other people the same way!! Also hung up on people the same way! So find someone else! I feel very offended by that situation. Let someone else take your money. Because he will probably treat you like that through the whole process. Here is my rating for him ... Mean, inconsiderate, rude, not worthy of my business or anyone's until he has a reality check. Message to owner! I'm a nice person, I would have paid you well for your time, your loss and you didn't have to treat me that way. So rude and mean. We as customers, come to you for help NOT to be made to feel horrible. No star from me! -* actually.

Customer service is non existant. Told me he didnt want to work a long day so he couldnt remove a nest after 5pm unless it was $100 extra then changed his mind he wouldnt do it, told me i had an attitude for asking why, then hung up on me.
