I am glad I called Proof we tried every trap on the market without success; electronic, glue, wood, cages, and plastic. The only home remedy that worked was red pepper the rats ran from the inside of the garage the outside of the garage. I will post again to let you know the status of the "rats who refused to die" Scott came at the stated time he was pleasant and very professional. I am giving this company five stars because of his knowledge and recommendations. He will be coming each month to make sure the creatures are gone. I am happy I can clean the garage pepper and mothballs are everywhere!

I've been involved with Proof Pest for 3 years and Mike Cencich has been servicing my home for the last year or so. He is very informative and listens to my needs and always addresses the issues. I had a horrible problem with carpenter ants (they were invading my home) and now, not one carpenter ant in sight. After my first treatment this year, I noticed an influx of tiny ants and had to call for re-service. No problem for Mike or Proof Pest. There's never a problem for them to come back and help out if necessary. Scheduling or rescheduling is a dream with Proof Pest.

Andrew was FANTASTIC!!! We had a different tech previously which we did not like. He was lazy and you can tell he did not treat the exterior because he was here and done within 5-10 minutes. Thus the reason we found carpenter bee and carpenter ant holes all around our house which ruined our boards and now have to be replaced. We requested a different tech and got Andrew which was kind, friendly, attentive, and serviced the home right. He was careful of our windows, took care of the webs, and made sure we felt our home is now protected. With Andrew it was apparent that the service was done right.
