Pronto Pest has allowed me and my family to feel comfortable in our home again. It might sound like an exaggeration but when you realize your home has bed bugs you just can’t relax: you feel dirty, you feel itchy all the time, you get so stressed thinking about having to buy new furniture! Thankfully, from the second I called Pronto Pest their staff just put my mind at ease - and their treatment has really worked!

Awesome, K-9 helped confirm that we were clean from bed bugs. We came back from Chicago at a Hilton outside of downtown "Northbrook" and we found bed bugs before we left. Had everything bagged and had hotel get us new clothes but was still scared as bed bugs can live a year without feeding. Decided to drive my bags down in my car and the beautiful beagle sniffed every single bag and zip lock and helped confirm that we were clean. Thank goodness, best money I spent for peace of mind as I was mentally itching everywhere and couldn't sleep until I got confirmation. Back to normal life finally

Do not use this company for Bed Bug erradication. They hardly sprayed. They were unable to erradicate my bed bugs. They sell you a package for 6 treatments. At the 2nd treatment, the technician suggested i get the heat treatment which is $750 additional. At the 2nd treatment i called to advise that the bed bugs were worse not better. They told me I had to wait it out till the next treatment 8 days later. I was killing up to 50 bugs per night. I advised them of this and asked how can .I sleep? I was told to get "drunk". The 3rd treatment they sent 2 techs to do the work. They spent an hour. But still no results. I am not an expert but have used a pest control once before and never had this issue. I have lost all trust and have no confidence in them for pest control.

It’s really hard to find a pest control company you can trust when it comes to bed bugs - I was nervous about asking family or friends for a recommendation because I didn’t want them to think my home was dirty! I found Pronto Pest online and they lived up to their online reputation: friendly, professional staff who reassured me that bed bugs were no different from any other pest. Made an appointment for 430pm today. The guy called me at 330 pm upset because he was at my house and no one was home. I said that's because my appointment is not for another hour at 430. He then said that he was leaving and going home because he was supposed to be off at 230. He also said that he was calling the office. NO ONE SHOWED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. NO ONE FROM THE OFFICE CALLED ME BACK TO APOLOGIZE OR RESCHEDULE. Update: the owner called and personally came out to take care of the Hornets nest.

They lucky to even get that one star these pest are pest themselves. Period they spray around food and dishes. I actually got sick. They not killing roaches they killing people. And didnt even realize it until I got to the hospital.

Picking up the phone to Pronto Pest to take care of a major bed bug infestation was the best decision I’ve made all year. They were great value for the price but more importantly the customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with, right from that first phone call - their staff are knowledgeable, professional and thorough. After trying other treatment methods and pest control companies, we were still having issues with Cockroaches. Then we found Pronto Pest Management. The cockroaches are finally gone and I have my home back!
