These guys are awesome, and Matt is the top notch fiddle player; I like picking banjo with him. Matt also did a great job getting rid of some unwanted rats and mice on my mom's property in Livonia. You can't go wrong with these guys because they get the job done!

Let me start off with saying that there is a ton of pest control companies in our area and I did a lot of research before deciding on which company to utilize. I am happy I settled on hiring Pro Action Pest Control because they have provided top notch services. I was dealing with an infestation of squirrels in my crawl space and not only did they handle that situation in a timely manner but they also brought to my attention that I was potentially looking at an insect problem as well (there was an abnormal amount of carpenter ants around my house). Once the squirrel situation was under control, I decided to move forward with treating the carpenter ant problem as they solved the first problem I experienced, I knew that the next problem would be handled as well! I will be moving forward with their yearly services an highly recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control! I personally worked with Jarrod and Cody and can’t thank enough for providing me with quality service! Thank you, thank you!

I called ProAction first thing on a Monday morning in a panic because I had discovered a carpenter ant infestation in my basement over the weekend. Pam answered my questions and took all my information, saying that Matt would meet me at my home that afternoon. He showed up right on time and assessed the situation. He provided me with an effective treatment plan that he was able to do immediately. (Thank you!) Matt was very kind and courteous and respectful of my home while he treated for the Carpenter ants. He told me about their year-round maintenance schedule, but did not pressure me to sign up, or try to sell me any services I did not need. The treatment worked perfectly, and a week later, I made the phone call to schedule the year-round maintenance. Very friendly family-owned company with fast service and no high-pressure tactics!
