We had a really bad wasp issue, and the last couple of days got worse. There was one giant wasp nest in a tree near our house, and more wasps flying behind my A/C unit into my house siding. My husband thought they got the one in the tree, but they kept coming back (apparently common for bald-faced hornets). Then we tried to kill the ones in the siding and it drove them all deeper into the house, eventually they were everywhere inside the basement! That was enough and we called the Presidio after searching online, they responded the fastest and gave a great price, way less then what we thought it would be. Bobby was very professional and made everything feel at ease. First he removed the nest in the tree and sprayed the area to keep hornets from coming back. Next he treated the house for yellow jackets, and found hundreds inside a nest in our insulation in the basement. He was able to treat and extract all wasps with minimal disturbance, and was done in an hour. Very happy and would highly recommend!

8 months ago, my 4 year old had marks on his body and we had no idea where they were coming from. I later found out he had slept in my older sons bed and there were bed bugs there. There were minimal signs but since my son slept in various beds in The house they somehow spread to each room. We called Orkin and they completed a treatment but they were not gone. I then got so frustrated we threw out the bunk bed and sprayed down everything hoping they would be gone. We then saw more signs of them, so I called Presidio, spoke with the manager. From beginning to end expectations were set to do an assessment, they had the K-9 walk through to assess where they w were, and the entire process was amazing. The employees from the manager on down were VERY professional, punctual, and courteous. I fired Orkin for my regular service and they will be my provider going forward for ANY services we may need. NO MORE SIGNS OF ANY BED BUGS SINCE!

I saw bed bugs in my son's room and completely freaked out. The owner came out to do an inspection and he was VERY informative, as I had NEVER (nor anyone that I knew) had this happen to me. He educated me on the pest. He made me feel better by providing genuine customer service. I could tell that it was not about the money or how many appointments he made, but about providing a quality service that would give me a peace of mind. I did get 2 more estimates from competitors and they could NOT compare with the guarantee of their work, the quality of their work, or their customer service. I won't lie, Presidio was out of my budget. However, after comparing the price and the work that I would have to do manually to what Presidio could do with their heating treatment, the heat treatment was the best option. If you have bed bugs and are wondering what to do trust me that your BEST OPTION is the heating treatment. It's less work on your part and you come home to the GUARANTEED work that ALL pests are gone. If you want cheap work with cheap results that's fine, but if you want excellent customer service that goes above and beyond then I wouldn't recommend anyone else besides Presidio Pest Management to treat your bed bugs.

Happy Customer!! Presidio went above and beyond!! My Aunt is a woman in her 90's partially disabled and loquacious. I'm so grateful for the care and compassion he treated her home; but especially the compassion he gave to my Aunt. Dear Presidio, I just wanted to inform you that shortly after my Aunt's apartment was treated she sounded like a different person. That is directly attributed to Bobby who went out of his way to not only treat her apartment but provided her and her care giver with stellar customer service! We discovered bed bugs on Saturday morning, I called Presidio and spoke with Bobby, and he immediately told me what to do until he could arrive Monday morning. My Aunt, myself and her care giver spent the entire weekend anxious and going through a roller coaster of emotions. When Bobby arrived on Monday, he really eased our minds and put our fears to rest. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with ease even when I was on the verge of tears. He knew exactly how to treat the problem and inspected other units within the complex free of charge. Although he did not find any in her care givers apartment he insisted on treating it to give us peace of mind. At no additional cost!! He also went out of his way to check others homes that visit my Aunt often to ensure that no one brought those awful creatures back while visiting her. Again, did that at no extra cost!! Things went well from the first phone contact with him - Refreshing to feel in good hands from the start! I feel like I have gained a friend out of this experience!! P.S. The bugs are 100% gone.

Presidio is the best! They are super easy to get ahold of and have always been able to come to our home within a day or two. We had an ant problem that Jim fixed in one day; I don’t know what I would’ve done without his knowledge and equipment! Most recently we had some flies appear in our covered porch area and he came out within a few hours to take care of it. I would never use another pest control company; Presidio gets the job done quickly and Jim is always a pleasure to talk to.

No one would hope for bed bugs, just so they could hire a great pest management company. But when our house was infected, we hired Presidio to eradicate them. I can't say enough good things about Presidio. First of all, they were the only company who was able to set up an appointment on the first phone call. Everyone else had to have someone call me back. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Bobby was thorough in explaining all the aspects of bed bug eradication and the pros and cons of the different methods. He was also the only rep (of 3) who tucked the bed sheets back in when he did the initial search of our home. Sounds like a small thing, but I appreciated it. We opted for dogs plus heat. The day of the extermination, Presidio and the dog handlers showed up right on time. Again, they were extremely professional and efficient. Jumping ahead several hours, we returned to a house that looked almost just as we left it--though a bit warmer for sure. Everything that was moved during the heat treatment was replaced exactly as it was found. About a week later, we had a followup inspection. No more bed bugs. We were SUPER impressed by all aspects of Presidio's service. Most people don't want to chat about a bed bug infestation, but if they show up, call Presidio. Don't waste your time having other companies bid on the job.

I would love to Thank Presidio for all the hard work. While it was a hard call to make they made me feel at home and explained everystep of the way. I had 3 estimates but the packet Presidio left was by far the best and most extensive I knew what to expect and what was going to happen. Every step I have taken with the company I feel like I have been talk to and not talked down. They have made it all pretty easy even the financing. And when I need some additional service calls I was glad it was the same person each time. He knew my house and my situation which made me feel more secure. Thank Presidio for all that you have done. I hope I don't need you anymore but it was good to know that I was able to buy extended warranties to protect me if this problem occurs again.

Bobby was MOST professional and knowledgeable about bed bugs. He was available right to come out to the home, after spending almost 30 minutes with me on the phone. I own a condo unit which has contracted bed bugs from the unit beneath me. This is very tricky to eradicate. He offered a plan that makes sense, and followed it up with an inspection report and recommendations!

These guys are so thorough I would never again waste time and money. The heat treatment is truly th we only option. I got my life back. The cost can be tough but its worth it. My apartment management used your service to spray my unit 7 times since July & I still have bed bugs. I'm now trying to get out of my lease & file a claim. I'm about to lose everything because the management & the inspector now believe my husband is bringing them home from his job were he works as a cook or someone is bringing then to our house even though we've been social Pariah's since the simmer. As if they're hopping in his pocket. He just started wearing hoodies to work. This whole problem is made worst since we have a 6 month old infant. They're conventional service does not work. Our unit stayed prepped for 2 of the 7 sprays & it did no good.

Pest control for bedbugs for apartment complex. Have been dealing with bedbugs for about 7/8 months now. Initially heat and chemically "treated" did a few follow up appts and never showed up for the last couple that they said they would. Fewer bedbugs and the duration that they'd be seen after went from upwards of 10 every day down to 1 or 2 bedbugs every 2 weeks to a month (just thought maybe they were single straddlers". Anyway, bedbugs started coming more frequently again and in increasing numbers again, so apt management was notified and Pest control guy came, had an attitude (not to mention, this particular employee seemed always to have an attitude any time he did actually come to do his job) about "why" he was just now hearing about them again after 6 months. And I told him, well, they weren't coming so frequently anymore until now, plus you never showed up for the last couple "follow ups" he looked around and asked "where are you seeing them?" I said, what does that matter, we are seeing them and they need to be treated. Well, he didn't treat anything that day and was "supposed to" come back a couple days later and never showed. So now I have to continuously go to apartment management who are only here 3 days per week for a total of 12 hours (4 hrs each day). Another week passes and apartment management said that "Pest control had come" I said, no they absolutely did not. If they did, they didn't come to my apartment. They also claim the initial heat/chemical treatment doesn't kill the bedbug eggs. That doesn't seem right either. I bet if they had to live with bedbugs they'd treat theirs real quick.... Update: they came and were completely professional. Fabulous the last times to treat the bed bugs. Just a shame it couldn't have been treated the first time. Thank you!
