Had a Raccoon in my Attic, was told it would be 350 to trap raccoon,a remove it, and fix entry point into house. Company never did trap the raccoon, refused to put trap in Attic, it was placed on roof near entry point. It is believed because of extreme heat the raccoon eventually left. Company came and removed traps while wife and I were at work one day. After investigating area where they claimed the raccoon was getting in it was discovered they never did anything to fix entry point. Would not recommend this company to anyone, they basically took $350 from me with no results.

Called on a Sunday with a bat in the house. They came out to my home in Troy, MI same day and removed the bat. They gave me a free inspection and estimate on the home. Because it's winter time we are waiting on the bat exclusion. I will update my review when we are done.

About a month or so ago we had a bat fly into our house, so we called Michigan Bat Control to remove it for us. They removed the bat and then did an inspection while they were there, and we ended up having a colony of bats living in our attic. They came back out within a couple of days to remove the bats from our attic and bat proof our home. Joe did the inspection and removal of bats for us. He was very nice and answered all of our many questions regarding the bats. They recently came back to take down the bat doors and we are officially bat free!

We had squirrels and mice living in our attic. Thanks to this company we no longer have them. Everything went pretty good. It took a few trips to get the job done, but we understand critters can be unpredictable. We no longer have squirrels or mice pestering us anymore.

My wife and I needed a pest control for our Shelby Township home. We found MWS and they came out right away. We weren't charged for our bat removal inspection. Another company wanted to charge us $149 just to come to our home. They only offered a one year warranty and we had to pay for extended years. We new we were going to invest a lot of money to get rid of the bats in our attic and keep them out. Even after talking to a few other bat removal companies we realized our cost would be around $1,000. MWS came out and gave us a quote for $1,200 to remove the bats, but the worse part was the attic clean-up. We were looking at around $5,000 to clean the attic out and put new insulation in. We were happy to learn our home owners insurance would pay for something like this. Thanks to the technician who gave us the info and also worked with our insurance adjuster taking pictures, because she would not go in the attic. I felt obligated to write a review, because I learned so much and saved a lot of money. Even though I paid over a thousand dollars I still feel like I saved thousands. The bat tubes were installed and all of the house has been sealed. Luckily for us there weren't any bats remaining when they did the clean up. All of them were gone or migrated. We're very happy with the outcome.

The worst company I have dealt with. DO NOT use them. We had birds in our bathroom vents- and we called them to humanely remove them. They ended coming out a couple weeks out due to busy season- I get that. By this point there was obvious smell of hay in our bathroom. Guy came out he said he did not see any nest but he saw 2 birds. He put in a tube for the bird to come out on its own. He said he will return in 3 days to check they came out and remove the tube. Day 1- bird gets his little foot stuck in the tube- hanging upside down from our roof. Needless to say he did not make it. We called the company- they come out the next day and remove the other bird inside put a cage over it and said it is all set and clear. We called the HVAC company out shortly after to clean our ducts to disinfect them and come to find out there was indeed a nest the guy failed to remove and ANOTHER bird. I am not sure what we payed $190 for. I called the company back and spoke to the "office manager". Horrible customer service. She said she cannot do anything and refused to refund any money for the service. Her reasoning "sometimes this happens". and offered no solution. They do not care about customers or the wildlife. If you want the job done well, DO NOT expect it from this company.

My experience thus far has been good. I will update my review if anything changes. Bats can not be excluded until spring, but most of the work had been done to prepare for removal. I will say it was pricey, but also competitive with the other 2 quotes I received. Was not expecting to pay over $1,000, but I guess that's standard.

We were optimistic that our critter problem would be resolved by this company but have been extremely disappointed. We were assured they would keep working until the issue was resolved ......First, a nice - but apparently junior -- technician came out and advised us there was no doubt we having flying squirrels. We were skeptical but thought the traps he laid would catch something. We repeatedly had difficulties in scheduling follow-ups because the phone went straight to the answering service (no matter what time we called). When the technician finally returned to check the traps - they were all empty. The noise continued. After another round of checking the traps -- with different bait -- they were still empty. We were then advised that we have mice - not flying squirrels - but that the problem would be taken care of. We decided not to pay the final installment until the problem was in fact resolved (no results after a month). A technician showed up at our house without notice early one morning to "check the traps" but would not set foot in the house without the remaining payment (less than 25% of the total). We said "no" to this threatening tactic. This was a terrible experience --

I have never published a review online, but the incompetence and lack of customer service compelled me to. First, we called them in April 2017 to come and look at our bat problem. Came out on time, gave us a quote for $1280, agreed and paid half. He came back to do the work, stayed and quit working because of 'to many bee's", told me to get it sprayed, which I did for additional $200. Waited, never called or returned to finish the job. So I called them, came out worked about a hour. Was told he would be back in a few weeks to remove the bat doors, paid him the rest and he left. Well three months later with more bats then ever I called them and told them to come and finish the job and do not send that rude kid back to do it. Well I believe the owner came out a few weeks later and put new doors in and said he would be back to remove the doors, now it's November and no word, just received a bill for the remaining $640 that we already paid.

started out great w Dylan who came out and did initial inspection and left a quote. Called back to schedule appt. First she couldn't find the quote and I had to email it to her, then she sends me an invoice which I find a little strange as work has not yet been done. when I call before the appointment to confirm a time no answer after multiple calls so I email and she now says (via email would not call me)I have not been scheduled and they can not get me an appointment for another week even though we discussed the date and I even reference this in the email I sent w the quote. And even more importantly why did she send me an invoice if she didn't even schedule the appointment!? I respond to the email that she needs to call me. FIVE days later I get a call back from Ken wanting to schedule an appointment. So I'm very unhappy with this co and will find someone else.

Horrible communication, first time we were supposed to meet at the home at 9am, waited over 30 minutes, finally got a hold of someone who said they had a scheduling issue. Called again to reschedule, no return call after messages left. Finally got ahold of someonesome rescheduled. Again, showed up waited 25 minutes, no one came. I called and apparently there was a 4 hour time block that they never told me about. Finally, at the tail end of the 4 hour block they showed up. The gentleman was nice and did a good job. Fast forward to today, I was following a silver truck with their logo, he decided to ride someones bumper in the snowy road conditions in a Haslett school zone, then when they were going the correct speed limit he floored it in the coming traffic lane (still in a school zone) to pass a car that was driving the limit. Very careless company. I won't recommend them to anyone for any services again. Edited to add: Not a fake review. My client was your customer. It did happen. All of it. I am disappointed in a company that would deflect an honest review rather than change the way they handle themselves. I am an honest person who holds myself to a high level of integrity and has no reason to Troll anyone or any business. Your response is another reason not to use your company as you have no accountability.

Had a bat in the house, and MBC was able to come out same day and solve our bat problem. They also had a reasonable rate and did not charge thousands of dollars to seal around our home like another estimate we received.

Definitely Recommend-- I've never had to deal with a company for bird control/removal, but I'm so glad that I went with Michigan Wildlife Solutions. Left a message via their website on 5/6/2019, and received an email early in the morning the next day. Super prompt and very thorough on the process of inspection and bird removal. We set up a time for the inspection on 5/7/2019 and the technician, Miles Tarasoff, called to confirm the appointment and said that he could make it earlier if I needed! I told him that I will get home asap from work and that he could start looking at our bird problem if he beat me to the house. When I pulled up, he had already set up, inspected the whole roof and all potential openings and evaluated the birds nest at the peak of our house in the soffit vent. He had prepared the quote and was extremely knowledge of the entire situation along with roof anatomy. The repair took no more than 20 minutes and the price was VERY competitive. Especially for having to get 25 feet into the air on a 12 12 pitch roof. He was very professional and very personable. Really didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need, nor being gouged for the work performed. I tried getting up on that roof and believe me, I thought I was going to fall off because of the pitch. Overall, this is a legit company and I'll be calling them again if I have any more issues and hopefully you will too.

Joe and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and delivered excellent customer service! The issue was immediately identified and remediated with a high level of attention to detail. Contacted this company almost 5 years ago for bat control. Took care of problem at that time. Called this month hearing similar noises in attic. We were almost at end of 5 year warranty, but no problem. Scheduled follow up visit and associate showed up promptly. Miles Tarasoff was very polite and efficient in his work. Reviewed entire home for entry points and sealed up two vents and large entry in siding, also installed one new exit door for bats. Very pleased with this company and would recommend.

I am confused by all the positive reviews. Our experience with MWS was unreal. They sold us on and installed attic insulation along with wildlife prevention services. Install was messy and incomplete and wasn't until after we realized they installed improperly rated insulation (was rated for the southern tip of FL) After being given the option of removal and refund, which we chose, the only woman we were told could proceed was completely unresponsive. In three weeks not one response. I ended up having to file a small claims case, which we had to hire a lawyer for b/c they decided to have it removed from small claims at the last second. In the mean time, our inappropriate and poorly installed insulation has been eaten up by wildlife. We were told that they would not discuss the wildlife prevention services in our small claims because it was covered under warranty. After contacting them to honor the warranty for the wildlife prevention... THAT WE PAID $1,600 FOR... I was told that our warranty was void b/c of our small claims case. This company is fraudulent and incompetent. Beware. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Tell me how you know what "the truth" is when you literally never responded to our very legitimate concerns? (way to immediately respond to a negative review). There was ZERO communication about what insulation was going to be installed. We ABSOLUTELY removed our old insulation, and Tim said there were no droppings anywhere... you are flat-out lying. Had we known that you were going to install something that was not appropriately rated (why consumers hire professionals) we would have never agreed to what you installed. And you are seriously going to say that the torn up insulation is from your installers, not wildlife? Wow. You are something.

Terrible communication and review of services. technician informed us that we would pay a fee for him to return 4 times (1 time per week) for 1 month to set traps for mice in our attic. We paid half of the payment $175 for him to set traps and were told the rest was due when he completed the work at week 4. He returned 1 other time for a total of 2 visits and then did not come back. Fast forward 6 months and the company is calling us to pay the other half of the fee for the work that was never completed. They stated that their policy was to pay in full within 30 days regardless of if the work was done. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Not to mention that the technician never caught a single mouse in his traps! Would never ever recommend or use again!

We hired Michigan wildlife solutions after contacting other companies who were either slow in calling us back or never called back at all. We can not say enough about their response time .Called them and had a call back in less then a half hour !!!! We had a skunk problem . They were at our home with traps the same day!!! We purchased a 30day program . Was worth every penny!!! If any animal got in the cage they were here in just a few hours to remove them !!! ALWAYS RESPONED TO A CALL OR EMAIL TO THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT COMPANY . Would use them again for sure .
