The squirrels were trapped and relocated. I have had no squirrel problems since. They were also very upfront about the whole process and pricing. They recommended we trim a few trees around our house which we did. The young man that was at our house even brought our trash cans in from the street. They trapped and removed a family of skunks from under my deck. After the skunks were gone they sealed around the deck so no more animals could get back in. I had a really good experience with this wildlife company.

We needed someone to come out and give an estimate for a rodent problem. I left a message with the company and Kevin called me back very promptly and was able to fit me into the schedule early the next day. He sent out a technician who spent about an hour looking at the house, walking me around the house showing me the problems, giving me suggestions, and answering all of my questions. It is very apparent they know what they are doing and we will be calling him back to finish the job. It turns out I have squirrels living in my home with me and there are a lot of entry points that they needed to close up. They did a lot of great preventative work for future squirrel attacks! I have their business card in a safe place and will recommend him to anyone who is in need.

Sorry to say this is not the company you think it is. This is actually platinum wildlife removal. They are out of Canton Michigan. I was also tricked into thinking I was hiring a different company. I live in the Ann Arbor area and hired a company by the name of attic bat removal company. They have several other listings across Google maps and in Yelp. Make sure you do your research when hiring a company. You will see in the photo I have posted that this is the truck that actually shows up at your house. Don't be fooled in to hiring the wrong company. They have several fake reviews on Google my business of so-called customers that live in other states besides Michigan. These customers also review other similar service companies across the web. I have reported this to Google so we'll see what they have to say. Probably the best way to remove these guys' is to report them as fake.

I used these guys a few years ago to get bats out of my attic. Then i had a raccoon problem that they solved also. This last time it was birds in my garage. They got all the birds out without harming them. I hope to never need them again but if i ever have a wildlife problem again I know exactly who I'll be calling.

Service tech was on time and explained the very process very thoroughly. Tech provided all information and costs relating to the rat removal and the process following. Tech performed the work quickly and efficiently including replacing all of the insulation. We will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family who have rat and other wildlife problems.

I came home from work to see a raccoon sitting on top of my chimney. The wildlife tech Danielle said the raccoon climbed up my downspouts and took residence in the chimney to stay out of the elements. Danielle opened my fluke, lit a smoke bomb closed it and flushed the raccoon out! Once the raccoon left she grabbed a chimney cap and prevented the situation from ever happening again! That was freaking awesome!! Very cool to watch, this team knows what they're doing! Thanks again. Danielle got a good tip.

We own a beautiful log cabin and the up keep on this building is more than we ever anticipated. BUGS,BATS, and WOODPECKERS! We had these guys out for bats a few years ago and they did an excellent job. Unfortunately now were dealing with wood peckers and they're damaging the wood on our home. Andrew advised some bird spray, installing a few moving owls on our home and some reflective mirrors to deter them away from our home. After agreeing to go through with the work the company had a couple people back out here within a few days and they took care of our issue. It was a little expensive because the owls were solar powered but they seem to be doing the job right. You guys did an excellent job again! Thankyou !

We had a good experience with what was done with our bat problem. We had a worry about the cost when we got the quote because of all of the insulation replacement and how much repair work was necessary. However they eased our minds when they suggested getting in touch with our homeowners insurance. They helped us every step of the way in dealing with our insurance. They ultimately were able to clean out all of our insulation and fully replace it to keep us safe from any of the guano. They also did all of the repairs on our home that were necessary to keep the bats or any other animals from coming back.

Thank you to Michigan Bat Removal for doing the right thing when we faced a problem with service! We were given a 2 hour window for service and the technician was running late to give us a bat inspection. I was obviously upset but when I called they were patient and gave me the exact number of minutes until the technician was going to be here. After that little hiccup we faced no problems. They put on one way doors and got the bats out and put in all new insulation. It means a lot when you’re putting out money for a big service like this that the company realizes and appreciates that.

He has an amazing knowledge about the nature of the pest that we are dealing with (raccoons) and so many different methods to handle them and keeping them out. Aaron came out to our house to handle a nuisance raccoon that has torn into our house so many times and just has caused so much damage. I am hopeful that him and the company will be the ones to make the difference for us. The trapping and relocation seemed promising with how quickly it occurred.
