Called this company out to my house to spray for bugs. The guy who came out did a great job and was very nice BUT when he called to run my card the guy on the speaker phone was a huge jerk. He was screaming about how he already gave me a good deal and now I want to use a card to pay, which cost him money. I was never told that I could not use a card. So I said not a problem I will write you a check. Not sure he heard since he continued to scream about having to buy a new truck and how this business is killing him. The guy at my house was very embarrassed and apologized many times but that still does not make what his boss did ok. I was told by the guy at my house to expect a phone call from the boss with an apology but never recieved one. I have never been treated that way by a company before and will never do business with them again!

Great company. Honest and trustworthy. Took care of our problem immediately. Regular trucks with no advertising all over them so your nosey neighbors dont know you have pests. Extremely fair pricing.

They came out and treated for ants but the ants returned within a few weeks and when called they never returned calls.

Maples found and eliminated a yellow jacket wasp infestation on the outside and inside of my house which was keeping me from sleeping in my own room. I had called several pest control agencies and only Maples was able to come out and take care of the problem the very next day, and at a very reasonable price. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

I am a property owner and called 5 days ago for slab ants. He promised to call the tenants and never did. Just talked to him and he said "been in business 31 yrs, i'll get to it, but go ahead and call someone else". he said he's "lying in bed taking calls cause he's not feeling good". no thanks, i will never use him anymore.
