I've been using them for about 8 years. Amount of bugs decreases over time since I've used them. I would agree with one person that I do have to wait a few weeks for them (in the Spring). Pricing tended to be less that others I've quoted. Very concerned about what the woman wrote about driving. While I only have one place I stress (driving), I would be smart enough to recognize I'm a rolling billboard and adhere to all traffic laws as well as be a very courteous driver.

It didn't take Brian more than 10 minutes to figure out where the ant nest was in my house and less than an hour later it was done. So many months of my trying to get rid of them.I haven't seen any more ants. This company is reasonable, professional and really good at what they do!!

Fast, friendly, considerate and HIGHLY effective. When we bought our house it had a ant problem but Maple Lane had it managed with one treatment and eliminated completely after two treatments. They create a really good barrier for bugs and insects.

Service (rodent) was performed prior to us moving into our house. They found "no activity of mice" .....yet we moved into dropping on all levels of our home. Total joke. Guess we will call a REAL pest control company.

Called and asked if they serviced my neighborhood, they said yes and they would call me back. Waited two days, got the call back then they refused to service me because I am in Detroit. Incredibly bad service.

Used to be my pest control company. Until they could not keep an appointment and offered no resolution besides waiting an inordinate amount of time until another appointment opened up. I was told this is a large operation. Why run it like you have one person working for you?Unprofessional.

This morning, one of the Maple Lane Pest workers accused me of cutting him off on the road and flipped me off so i flipped him off back... He then pulled up next to me and literally flipped out, swearing, harassing me and making me feel threatened. He then persued my car for over 2 miles, every time i switch lanes, he would also.... i felt very threatened and didnt know what to do. If this shows ANYTHING about this company and who they hire is shocking. Scary, probably ex-cons who threaten, follow and attack the public...... and the most shocking part was, that he was in his uniform! and his work truck! Absolutley pathetic and I encourage everyone never to hire this company for anysort of pest control. Their workers are volitile and threatening. I wouldnt ever let one of them in my house or one of my families.
