Lawn Doctors have fixed a difficulty lawn problem. Only lawn company that was willing to take the time to investigate and find an answer to my issue. Their customer service is excellent. Always a quick response and one that is satisfying to the customer. I would highly recommend them for any lawn issue which I already have to friends.

Very impressed. Contacted on a Saturday afternoon and received a reply from Bob the same evening. They got us scheduled quickly and assessed our terrible lawn. After completing soil tests, they determined the best course of action and went to work. We actually have grass growing in our back yard which hs been a problem for 10 years!! Great overall job by everyone. We are thrilled with the results so far and look forward to a beautiful lawn for good.

These guys are the best! I asked that they let me know a day in advance when they're coming to treat our yard because we have dogs and I like to clean up before hand. They never miss a beat! They always let me know when they are coming and their service has improved our lawn 200%!

I scheduled power-seeding of my backyard and was told they were booking 3 weeks out depending on weather, which was fine. I called 3 weeks later asking for an update on when they think they’ll be coming out and was told they cant find any record of me in their system! They apologized briefly and assured me they would get someone out there by the end of week. Here I am one week later and no one called or came. Not worth my business.

I hired LD of Royal Oak last summer to rejuvenate my lawn that had some kind of weird (to me) grass/weed all over it. I consulted with a few other firms but they simply did a Google view of my home and would not come out to the property. That made no sense. But Kristin, one of the owners of Lawn Doctor Royal Oak, didn't hesitate. She correctly identified that I had bent grass (great for a golf course but inappropriate for most residential lawns). I was apprehensive at first as they are a relatively young franchise. She never tried to push products or applications. Most importantly she has been extremely patient as I had lots of questions. I decided to use their yearly service and so far I am pretty happy with how the lawn looks. Now if we could only stop getting so much rain!

Kristin was great and scheduled my core aeration when I needed it. She quoted a very fair price and Bob came out on-time and did a terrific job on a difficult piece of property. Bob spent a good deal of time sharing ways to make my lawn better, never tried to sell me anything, all of which makes me want to use this Lawn Doctor for many years to come. Terrific company, great service, very professional and on-time service...highly recommended!
