I finally found a pest control service that is thorough and does what they say they are going to do! The exterminator spent a lot of time with us showing us where our ant problems were in our home and what he did to attack the problem areas. We also were treated for spiders to reduce the population in our home. The pricing is a value for the customer service you get.

Over the summer, we found a yellow jacket nest inside of our basement on a Saturday morning. We called Knock 'Em Out Pest Control and they came over QUICKLY. They removed the nest and found another one that was hidden. They also fixed the hole where the bees had made their way in. We were very pleased with the quickness, price and job well done. Hopefully nothing like this happens again, but if it does, we will be calling Knock 'Em Out Pest Control again!

Knock 'Em Out Pest Control are our go-to organic pest control company for all of our pest management needs. When we first moved to Howell, we called them for a termite inspection and subsequent termite control and haven't had a problem since. One year we needed mosquito control. We had heard about all the nasty diseases like West Nile Virus and Encephalitis and were really concerned but Knock em out came and thanks to their lawn pest control and great advice about the stagnant water on our property, the mosquitoes were gone. When we needed bed bug control, they came out, did a thorough bed bug inspection and then took care of the issue before it could spread. They train their technicians in green pest control methods to be extra sensitive with pest applications in houses with children and pets like ours which is so important. We really appreciate that they listen to us and then implement custom solutions that really work.

Very friendly customer service rep and technician. The only bad thing I can say about the whole experience was the price seemed really high for the amount of time spent on site. We had a yellow jacket nest in the exterior wall of our kitchen between the insulation and the drywall. Technician was there a total of 10 minutes. Poked a hole in the wall and sprayed and then sprayed outside around the soffit where they were getting in. Charged $225. I have no experience with exterminators and nothing to compare to but that seemed a bit pricey to us.

I had a serious ant problem that would not budge. After a competitor Absolutely left me high and dry without return phone calls I gave Knock 'Em Out a call. They were prompt, serious, and diligent. They solved the problem (FYI -ants can live in your hollow core doors in your house) and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them for their problem solving, customer service, pricing and determination. I would give them 10 stars if I could and I will be using them for years to come.

We have used Knock 'Em Out natural pest control company at our old house in Ann Arbor and our new house in Howell and have never had any insect problems after we alerted them of any potential issues. It's a hard balance sometimes wanting eco-friendly pest control that's safe but still wanting it to kill all of the bugs and insects lurking around. At our old home in Ann Arbor, our neighbors used to complain about needing ant and cockroach control a lot but we never had a problem, even in the summers. We moved into our current house in Howell a year ago and it's an old house in a more rural area. My wife was a bit more worried about spider control and needing wildlife removals but they haven't been a problem as we called Knock Em Out to apply attic and crawl space insulation before we moved in. My wife would freak if we had bats or possums living up there. I was more worried about needing termite control but after the inspection Lenny did, it turns out I was worrying for nothing. This pest management company is reliable, friendly, polite and I believe they appreciate our business as much as we appreciate them!

Did not show as agreed for bee removal. The guy talked to the contracted employees and did not explain the procedure to us. He spent 15-20 minutes (at a charge of $250.00) spaying some chemical on the exterior walls that had to be painted the next day. Never contacted us. We called after we got a e-mail bill with the wrong information and was informed after the fact that it needed 2-3 days for it to take effect. We ultimately had to extend the project that also increased the cost of rental equipment.

I had the biggest hairiest spider crawling on my desk. I immediately Googled for a pest control company in the area and Knock em out appeared at the top of the list. I picked up the phone and within a couple of days Lisa has them out at my place of business. The exterminator showed up and was on site less than 30 minutes. We haven't had any more creepy crawlers around the office. She also provided me with a recommendation for the fall to keep flying and crawling bugs out of our work space. They have a easy online account access tool to schedule, ask questions and pay bills. I would recommend and use again.

Yellow Jackets had eaten through our drywall and we woke up to a room full of swarming insects. Called Knock 'Em Out Pest Control first thing in the morning and someone was at our house very quickly. Our situation may (or may not) have been an emergency but they treated it like it was because we thought it was an emergency. The service man was very polite and efficient. He extracted the nest from the wall and sprayed to kill any stragglers. Thank you very much and will recommend this company to others with insect problems.

Len arrived at exact time promised. Quickly located the wasp entry point into my house, killed a huge nest, and showed me where they gained entry into my house. Even offered to seal the hole! The owner told me the field mice traps would be secured in the ground so my toddler son couldn't get to the bait poison. That was not true. My 22 month old son walked up to me with a trap, containing a dead mouse, in his hands. Called the owner with my concern 2 weeks ago yet he did nothing and the traps remain untouched. He never retrieved them or checked for mice. I highly recommend you choose another post control company.

I’ve tried the other “national brand” pest control in the past and always been disappointed with the lack of custom attention to pest problems, and the results reflected this. When we found we had an infestation of carpenter ants we were desperate and called a local service - Knock ‘Em Out. They responded immediately, did a thorough inspection and took appropriate action. That was four years ago and we’ve contracted with them annually since. Excellent service, very competitive cost and truly professional. The results speak for themselves - no wasps, ants, spider issues nearly nonexistent. Even our Box Elder bug infestations have diminished or disappeared. They are worth every dollar spent and more.

If you are looking for a pest control company that sticks to their word, always answers the phone or replies in a timely manner to voicemails, goes above and beyond, and always manages to make you feel like you are a top priority then you have found the best company around. I run an apartment complex and have had Lenny and his workers out here a couple times. I have had same day services on a couple of occasions and next day service any other time. They are very respectful to myself, staff, and tenants. This company is very knowledgeable and effective. The lady who answers the phone is also very kind and personable.
