I still to this day have bats waking me up at 1am. Paid Jerry of Hoke Pest Control over $1000 to remove bats from home and create a one way exclusion vent. That one way exclusion vent appears to be through my attic access. In fact, there can’t be a one way exclusion at all, unless it’s facing the wrong way because I can count at least 6 bats I have had to tie in garbage bags (since I can’t kill them) and take far away from home to release. Now unless there was a whole nest of bats up there (which really Jerry should have removed at the $ amount I paid), then I have no idea how they keep coming in if Jerry of Hoke Pest Control did his job correctly. Absolute scam artist and fraud of a pest control company.

Recently, I hired this company for a liquid termite treatment, because they found active termites in my basement. They killed off the termite colony in my house, and I got a 1-year warranty. The guy said that the treatment is covered for one year, but realistically it lasts for about five years. The technician was a professional and nice guy and he seemed very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company! 5/5 stars!

Highly Recommend! Jerry was fantastic. I had tenants who had a massive yellow jacket issue. He was at the home very fast and made us a priority. He wasn't able to do the whole job due to the severity of the infestation but recommended another amazing company to help us out. He is very reasonable price wise and wants to make customers feel important and not like another number. We will be using him for more jobs!

I called Hoke Pest Control over the weekend about a squirrel issue that I had in my attic. The owner, Jerry, came to my place and he was able to find their entry points within 5 minutes. I had him seal their entry points, and he was able to trap the squirrels that were in my attic. I haven't had any wildlife issues in my house since then. I highly recommend this local family owned business.

We had some pest issues in the attic of a property we just purchased. Due to the problem, which had clearly been ongoing for years, we also needed to remove the insulation as there was bat, mouse and squirrel droppings all over. We got a quote which we couldn't afford. We communicated with them that the amount was too much for us and that we would do as much of the removal as possible ourselves and call them to come finish. When we had removed about 80-90% of the insulation we called back and they returned to remove the last bits of the insulation and all the droppings. However, when we received our invoice it was for even more money than the amount they originally estimated it would cost. As a business owner myself, that's just bad business practices to not call and check when you know you’re going over your estimate that we clearly communicated we couldn’t afford. When they were getting even remotely close to the original quote, which we told them we couldn't afford, they should have called. They didn't and now we have to pay a bill that we didn't have the money for in the first place. Even still, we are going to pay the invoice in full as we practice honoring our word but now we have to cancel other projects that we needed to get done. We could have easily rearranged or postponed the attic work if they had thought to communicate with us. The only reason I'm giving this 2-stars is that I don’t wish to diminish in any way the quality of the work that was done. The work was good but clearly our bottom line was not taken into consideration and a simple phone call would have solved this issue.

Jerry is amazing in fact if I could I would give him 10/5 stars! We had an unfortunate set back with a series of pests from neighbors and houses being moved out. Jerry worked with us and our situation above and beyond what any other Pest Control professional would. When he found out we were disabled he even helped us with the preventative measures we bought that we were physically unable to put on.

Great company, you can really tell this local company cares about it's clients. I was with terminex before but after a few bad experiences I decided to cancel my service with them, but Hoke Pest Control really cares about their customers and even followed up to make sure my treatments were working. Great Job I'll be sticking with Hoke for all my pest removal needs.

DISHONEST man running a dishonest company. He lied to us, and our tenants, after hiring him to remove squirrels from a rental property we own (we live out of town). He never set any traps, which we have proof of on video (from our tenants) and then lied about coming to the property to perform the scheduled services. After this was discovered on our end, we did confront him about this- he did admit to these things (we have this via text, I can provide screenshot) and refunded us $150 (as he said he would refund us in full but asked if he could do it in $150 increments every 2 weeks, because he "didnt have the money"). We obliged. We havent received any other refund. We reported him to BBB. I will leave a negative review on every service possible because this was such horrible service. He attempted taking advantage of us because we lived out of town. Unless you want to be scammed out of your money for a service he will NEVER provide, go elsewhere.

The pest control specialist that came out to my home was extremely knowledgeable about the pest in my home(carpenter ants & common brown ants). He applied the treatment and explained what was in the chemical and that it was safe to use in our home. I haven't seen an ant since he treated our homes. Great service, solid knowledge, and good price. Thanks again!

Jerry does great work and has always been prompt with his appointment times. Have used him several times, for carpenter bees and carpenter ants, and both were eliminated. For today’s appointment, he was running a few minutes late and let me know via text his ETA—just terrific communication. He also guarantees his work and will return if the problem persists. Excellent service and very pleased the two times I needed his expertise.
