I hired this company after the original company I contacted never showed up. They were great the first appointment, courteous and on time. I made my second appointment, set from 12-2, and received an automated call the night before, confirming 3-5...huh? When I spoke with an agent to make the appt, I confirmed several times the 12-2 time slot, and was assured that yes, that is the time. Yet, when I called the next morning to ask what was going on, I was told that there was nothing I could do, that 3-5 was the time. No thank you. I scheduled my entire day around this appt, I am a loyal consumer, so long as the company is loyal to me. I do not like being screwed around, as I'm sure many don't. I will be finding another company to give my business to.

The Service Supervisor for their Lansing, Mi office, Mark Davenport, is very attentive - he is very concerned with customer satisfaction and will always go the extra mile to make sure that not only is the job done, and done the right way, he also takes the time to educate you about the issues you are having and will explain how to move forward during and after treating the issue so that it may be mitigated and eventually resolved completely. Something else that has Griffin standing above the rest is that they are as humane as possible and that is extremely important to me when dealing with mammals. I will only use Griffin for my pest control needs.
