Very bad experience . I used their service on my rental houses for years. Attitude on the call is unacceptable. I put cancellation notice but they still sent the person to service and I got charged. Dale and Kathy are kind of make you feel that they never wrong.

I will never have this company come out again, the lady when you call is so nice then the guy came out and was so rude didnt tell us where the mice were coming in from (like the lady said he would of) the mice wasnt going into the traps he set so i had to go out and spend more money on my own traps. This company is the biggest waste of money. And then to make me even more mad when i called and said it was going to be a one trip for them she was rude and pretty much hung up on me.
