Very informative, respectful, and on time for appointment. Ken had very good work ethic. He was very professional and was able to work around our schedule. He made me feel hopeful of getting rid of our problem when I thought all hope was gone. We have spent so much money on sprays it would have saved us so much money to have hired him a long time ago. This guy rip my landlord off came out 1× then on a friday a month later he said he would come 1 to 3pm..at 4:30 my landlord had to call him to see where he was and the guy ken.said ill call u tom.never did.I called left a message he never called me back either.... So now my landlord has to try get his $500 back..dont trust him .I still have bed bugs ..
