I purchased my first home in May and am new to managing lawn care and maintenance- thankfully Go Green is there to make it easy! I called for skunks digging for grubs in my yard, Go Green came out of treated for grubs, weeds and they fertilized for fall. They left a very detailed breakdown of the services provided so I knew exactly what was done. The best part- I didn't even have to be home! They came and treated my yard and left the invoice, description of services, ect. in a bag on my door knob. I'm very happy with their services.

Very professional! The technician called me personally the day before to notify me of his estimated arrival time so I could make sure my dogs had time to go outside before he arrived. He was here within the time frame I was given. He was so quiet and considerate I didn’t even know he was here till he came to the door after. He even picked up my dogs leash and placed it on my deck so it wouldn’t get any chemicals on it during application! I truly appreciate his consideration in keeping my pets safe! I would recommend GO GREEN to everyone!

We have been using Go Green for three years and couldn't be more pleased with our beautiful lawn! Our front yard had dandelions and violets as well as crabgrass. The back had creeping charlie. Since Go Green has been treating our lawn, both front and back are green, thick, and lush. They are punctual, affordable, and truly care about our lawn. We highly recommend them!

Good evening , My name is AQIL, I live in Dearborn Heights . I received an flare and a letter from Go Green lawn & tree care about services. I do called this company ( from overseas since I had been deployed ) and talked to a lady names Michelle, she was helpful, she helped me with the info and she emailed me an offer service form. In the same day I called back to pay and setup the service time, A lady she answered the phone and told me that they don’t do services in my area, that’s really surprised me. Also, she mentioned that Michelle is new and she don’t know anything about the services. Again, If this company dose not offer service in my area then why they sending flares and letters about the service ?

They are prompt on applying and sending bills. But they do a lousy Job of taking care of your Lawn. Many a times they end up killing the lawn by applying more than the required amount. They do not respond and fix the lawn after complaining but would send you the bill.

I must say this is the first lawn service company that a manager spoke to me face to face who seemed concerned about the appearance of my lawn and if it was drought or insect/disease related. He was responding to a report by his technician and not by a complaint by me. By the way it was drought related. Other companies I have had, the technician would have just stuck a generalized note in my door recommending an additional service (at my cost) and that would have been the last of it. This is my first year with Go Green and pleased with with work.
