During the Labor Day weekend, it was a Sunday and I got concerned about some noise outside our bathroom wall. I searched for a pest control company and I came upon EXPERT PEST CONTROL. (I had also called other companies but got the usual, press 1, then press star, then after few minutes some answer lady came who did not know what was going on and wanted my credit card number even before the actual company came out). Anyways, when I called Expert Pest Control, I got the owner, Mr. Washington, right away and he said he will come in first thing on Tuesday morning. And he was. He arrived before 10 a.m. The pests that I was dealing with was yellow jackets. They were not only in our outside bathroom wall and but also in our yard. Mr. Washington, who is the owner himself provides the services. He came and did his thing with both areas and the yellow jackets were gone within 24 hours. What I liked about him was that he was highly professional, courteous, and experienced. He knew what he was doing. Also, his fees were quite reasonable. Finally, he also makes follow up phone calls which in my books is an A+ for excellent customer care. Guess who I am calling next time with pest issues. You guessed it, right...EXPERT PEST CONTROL. Expert Pest Control provided a highly professional and reasonably priced service for wildlife removal (a squirrel). James met all of our requirements.
