Tom, the owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from my very 1st phone call. Even before I decided to hire him, he gave immediate remedies and suggestions before coming to do the bed bug treatment. I decided to hire him based on his background, experience, knowledge and customer reviews. Tom was able to schedule my treatment within a few days. Mostly to give us time to prepare. On the day of service, he was prompt, professional and did not waste time getting started. He gave instructions on how to prepare so that the treatment would be more effective and thorough. I was also impressed with his 6 month guarantee. I did have to get a 2nd more localized treatment (just the room where the bed bugs were). He immediately scheduled the treatment. We had bed bug problems for a while, god knows where these things came from but as you quickly learn where they came from is not the problem. We tried everything before we called Tom. We got over the counter spray, worked for a week and then it stopped working. $100 wasted. We ordered a special spray of the internet. It worked well for a while but they just ran and hid somewhere else and then it stopped working. $250 wasted for the "special" spray. Then we called Terminix they came out and did a half assed treatment where they said they were going to freeze them. Desperate we hired them and paid them almost 1,800 bucks to do basically nothing!! Bugs were still there and they never came back to do a followup. Tom on the other hand is EXTREMELY professional. I must of asked him the same questions 5 times and he never hesitated to give me a detailed answer or spend over 45 minutes on the phone with me. Even when we had to push the treatment date back a week I called him and he said it was perfectly fine and for us to take our time! He treated the whole house and in one day and since we followed his instructions, we lost some blinds that we forgot about and some cheap wood that can be fixed with a bottle of wood glue and some nails. That was all! On top of all that Tom gives you a 6 month warranty! Terminix only gave us 3 tops! My advice call Tom first before you call anywhere else. The sprays wont help for long so don't bother. Call Tom, follow his instructions and don't be afraid to ask him any questions.

I found out the hard way that I am very allergic to bedbugs - my husband unknowingly brought them back from a work conference and I had a severe allergic reaction the very next day. It was critical for me that we got rid of them completely. We did extensive research and talked to my doctor before hiring Expert Bed Bug Removal and they did an excellent job. We couldn't find anyone else that would heat the house hot enough to kill all the bugs and did not use pesticides. They explained in detail how the whole process would work before we hired them. They were also the only company willing to give us a guarantee. We followed their instructions and prepped the house before they came. The company did exactly what they said they were going to do and it worked. We watched the setup process and were able to see the temperature changes on their monitoring equipment when we checked in with them late that afternoon. It has been over 30 days with no signs of bedbugs and no more allergic reactions. We are very happy with the results.

I went with this company because I realized I had bed bugs and was terrified. Tom (the owner) answered my call and was ready to treat my home immediately. He responded quickly to all my questions when preparing for the treatment. The heat treatment was thorough yet efficient and pics were sent proving the 140+ degree temperature in each room of my home. Treatment was Friday, October 11th and I'm still bed bug free!

Tom did a great job, overall. Was very knowledgable and although there was a lot of prep work involved the process was a success and well worth the work. He was very professional and heat treated the cars, as well as the whole house and sent pictures of the temperature in each room for documentation purposes. Overall a good experience and I would recommend if him if you are having this issue in your home or business.

The single WORST experience of OUR LIVES!! Had bed bug removal completed by Tom on December 11, 2017.. Following his check list to the T. Sent Tom pictures of house as requested, because he doesn’t actually have the time to come over and speak to you before hand. But sent him pictures room by room to make sure we were all GOOD. WE JUST WANTED THIS BUG GONE. We happen to have 3 cars, 4 adults and 2 children all living in our 1437 sq ft manufacturered home. Tom started the heat in the house while the last adult was getting out of the shower. Rushed us thru the contract, ensuring us it was as discussed via phone. Tom warns of cheap plastic, well by cheap plastic he must mean your windows, 1995 big old heavy TV, not just “cheap” tv stands. Tom tells u he is going to send you pictures when completed. Pictures of the home being held at 142. Hmm this never happened. Even once arriving home and asking him about the damage vs heat. Still not a single picture. Tom DESTROYED OUR HOME. Did you know the “distortion temperature for most plastic is 200* (degrees or above). Since the heat treatment we had to replace the FURNACE. THE DRYER (a heating device. It melted every seal in the drum), every TV, stereo and speakers, the DISHWASHER FOLKS (steam pours out of this appliance and 3rd degree burning tematures). All of the windows (not the blinds, most of those survived) but the window frames are destroyed, every floor in the home has warped and bubbled, the shower surrounds are cracked, moldings are not only distorted they are gone, my cabinets are ruined those are WOOD, guess what wood also shrinks at sumpreme heat temperatures. Ask a contractor who builds even decks why spacing is important!! But that 7-11 cup accidentally left upon the counter was JUST FINE!! Are you serious. Tom could of been honest and said mam throw this house away. The extent of the damage darn near superceeds the value of the home. But this is when you account for 4 TVS GONE. 52”,42”, 32” and the 1995 25”. I am beyond sick!! Then the items that must have just melted. Like all the TOOLS that were in the back of my locked tonto covered truck. But when Tom arrives you MUST leave him the keys to your vehicle and go SHOWER, not sit and professionally NOW LOOK AT YOUR HOUSE. HE CANT BE SCARED OF A BUG IF HE EXTERMINATES THEM!! Calling a lawyer because this is to damn much. BUT HERE IS YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW AS PROMISED! For that extra $100 off!!’ Bahaha Several other heat treatment companies have came in to assess the damage vs normal thermal heat treatment. The one man i thought was going to vomit. Says “People like this make me ill, they make it harder for the honest man to get work. I am ao sorry you kind folks had to experience this and have this battle to face. Might I recommend having an electrician come out and make sure you’re not further at risk for with your wires from the OVER HEATING OF YOUR HOME”.

Tom and his assistant were professional, very helpful, knowledgeable and if you pay attention to their prep list and do what they ask of you, you will be DONE with the bed bug chapter of hell of your life. And to make things harder, we run a hospice house for my Dad (oxygen, meds the whole thing). Tom gave us a discount for that to help. He even helped out by asking me to photograph each room and he would tell me if I forgot anything. This way nothing would be ruined. And he was right, not a thing went wrong. Tom was very friendly and informative. He answered all of my many questions without ever becoming short or annoyed. His equipment was unmarked, which saved us from the embarrassment of the neighbors knowing what was going on. He also provided updates throughout the service. In November of 2015 I realized that a recurring rash that my daughter had been experiencing on her arm was actually due to bed bugs! It's been more than six months since I called Tom to help solve a 1.5 year infestation problem. We were moving from an apartment and had no control over the remediation process. We contacted Mr. Hannah on a Sunday after locating him on Angie's list and he responded promptly offering us a date the following week Oct. 22. After describing the situation, Tom detailed his methods and the preparation we would need to do for the process to work. He was very patient with us as we sent him pictures of the house during the preparation. On the day of the appointment, Tom showed up on-time and performed the process on 2 cars and the house. We followed his instructions and have not seen any bed bugs since the appt.
