Josh came out to the house because of noises in the attack/ceiling and walls. He assessed the inside, outside with a ladder and the attic. He showed me multiple mice entry points and their droppings at the entry points. He took photos and emailed them to us. The entry points were caulked and he placed traps and rodent bait stations. He was very thorough. I would definitely use this business again.

Spoke with someone there on a Friday afternoon, around 1pm, and said she would have someone call me back to get some details. Didn't get a call back until Tuesday around 5pm. When I did get a call back, we had obviously taken care of the issue ourselves (two skunks under deck in backyard), thankful for some live traps & a friend who was able to relocate them! Really, I couldn't believe how absolutely rude the gal was who called me back! I shared with her the delay in the return call, her response was 'we wouldn't have been able to get there any sooner anyways'. What happened to calling people back to at least set expectations?! Customer service could use a little work!

Prompt, professional, and courteous service. Josh was able to come out to my home, identify the point of entry for rodents in my attic and recommend an appropriate fix. Follow-up was also prompt; there was a two-man crew who came back to install a barrier around the perimeter of my unfinished garage that should solve the problem. They worked diligently and did an exceptional job.

WE HAD A PESKY RACCOONS IN THE WOODS BEHIND OUR HOME THEY WOULD COME UP ON OUR PORCH AND INTO OUR DOG YARD WE HAVE A 6 POUND POMERANIAN AND WERE CONCERN FOR HER SAFETY A TRAP WAS PUT OUT AND THE RACCOON WAS CAUGHT THE FIRST NIGHT. Everybody with whom I dealt was very nice, but I wasted over $200 for them to put traps in my backyard and not catch any of the three skunks that regularly come around. I watched the skunks walk around in the yard while the traps were out, but none were trapped. The only thing trapped was an opossum, which I had to pay extra for them to release. There were a couple days when I look at the traps and there was no bait, which made the traps useless. Again, the people were nice, but this was a waste of time and money.

Woke up last week Friday to the sound of Fight Club up in my attic. It was preventing me from sleeping and it was sounding like Mayhem. Multiple people recommended Critter Control and they were able to come out that same day! Turns out it was a mama raccoon and her babies are persistent in rectifying the situation and coming up with a solution to prevent it from happening in the future. Josh Dave and Derek were all very professional and I highly recommend them! I could not be more pleased.

Highly recommend. Had a ground hog die in a hard to reach crawlspace and Garret was able to get in and remove it. Had a resurgence of flies the next week and he came back out to check if there was more. Didn't find anything, but determined it was the final round from the previous animal. He was able to find and seal where it came in the crawlspace and gave his number in case we had any more issues.

Aside from a few bumps in the process we are overall very happy with Critter Control and the service provided to us. I was very nervous to call a wildlife control company because I did not want any harm to come to any animal on the property. But we just couldn't have raccoons living in our attic, no matter how cute they are. After getting a referral from a local wildlife rescue I called Critter Control. Jared is beyond professional and very willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the job is done right. The attic crew who replaced the insulation was very informative and thorough, and though I wasn't there to meet the main crew who did the soffit reinforcements and repairs I am told they were quick, respectful and courteous. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond anyone's control I had to call the office many times. The entire office staff was very understanding and helpful. Heidi especially made me feel truly cared for and understood. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to peacefully and humanly remove wildlife from your home.

I am very pleased with the service of critter control. Gerritt came the same day I called about a mouse/vole running around our basement (eek!), he was able to find some areas where the critter may have come in, he walked the perimeter of the house as well as looked in our attic to discover we did in fact have some evidence of activity going on. He took pictures of the areas where he advised we should close off which was great because it gave us the option to do it ourselves. Really nice guy, quick in and out and even was respectful in covering his shoes walking through the house.

Don has done a fabulous job for us this past summer and fall - we had issues with bats in the attic and he humanely took care of them for us. He also helped knock down our vole population, and in the summer of 2015 he took down a paper wasp nest in the bushes by our house. We had a bat in our house for upwards of 3 weeks. The first two times we saw her, she flew around and we shoo'd her out the door. The last time, though, she was up in our pocket door out of reach. We have a dog and a baby, and of course this happens at 10:30 on a Friday night. After far too many phone calls to anyone on Google that night to no avail, CritterControl called the next morning and was able to help us by afternoon. He walked in with a glove, reached up, grabbed her, and walked out. It was quite entertaining, really, and we're thankful to have the bat living somewhere else.
