Great service! We called on a Saturday and we were not only able get same day service but Josh was at our place in less than an hour. He did an amazing job. He went above and beyond what our pest problem was and checked out our entire house including the attic to make sure there were no critters hiding out. We appreciate the professionalism and customer service we received and would not hesitate to call them for our future needs. Thank you Josh!

At the end of August I had two yellow jacket nests that I needed treated/removed. One under my deck at the very front (perfectly reachable) and one in the wall of my garage. One of the neighbor kids already got stung so I felt like I had to get them taken care of. Ron came out the day after my call and was professional. He sprayed the nest under the deck and then reached up and ripped it out sending all the wasps away. For the one in the wall he stuck a nozzle up there and sprayed and then sprayed with another solution as well. All in all he was here a total of 43 minutes (verified on my security camera). The bill I received was $338 or $169 per nest treated/removed. I'm glad to have them gone, but that price is much steeper than I had expected (I estimated $150-$200 total). Lesson learned. Next time I will just let them die in the cold.

Had a big ol' nest of yellow jackets at my parents house, INSIDE their basement, that they couldn't find any company to come out and preform a removal for. I called Creature Control for them since it was a company i had used in an emergency situation before, and had great service from at that previous time I needed them. They picked up the phone right away when I called, explained that on the weekends that they only had 'on-call' technicians and that there service call would cost a bit more. For the current situation that wasn't a problem. They were kind and courteous and has someone to my parents house in about an hour. Jim arrived at the house to get rid of the nest of yellow jackets, he spent some time explaining the situation, what he would do to remove it, and what he would do to prevent any returning yellow jackets. Jim was very informative, helpful, and quick! the whole removal felt like a matter of minutes (took about 15-20 minutes to get it all taken care of. Creature Control will definitely be my first call for any future situations that require their help! I highly recommend Jim! Two thumbs up for this company!!!

He made me feel better just knowing he is taking care of this disgusting infestation completely within a few weeks time.
