I purchased 5 yards of mulch, and was short. Not only that approximately a yard worth of mulch was frozen rock solid. When I called in to speak with someone about this issue, I was told there was nothing they can do about it and then mysteriously got disconnected. I have done business with this company for several years and never have been treated in such an unprofessional manner. I went 15 miles out of my way, passed two other landscape supply companies just because of past experience. I am greatly disappointed and will think twice before I go out of my way again.

Bought 22 yds of "topsoil" that was so hard I could not break the clumps [of which there were many] with the point of my shovel. IMO the dirt I received was screened filldirt. To their credit, the staff acted upon my complaint and sent four additional yards free of charge. the new dirt was easier to work because sand was mixed in it. I hope the labor I spent spreading the "topsoil" wasn"t wasted because the dirt is very hard despite daily watering.

Hired them to install a drainage pipe that extended from my yard through a neighbor's yard. There were bumps in the road -- crew damaged sprinkler system and didn't initially cover the pipe with enough dirt (it gloated to the surface after a heavy rain. But they eventually corrected the errors (after a bit of argument), and drainage issue seems to be resolved.

We have been using Beauchamp Lawn Service for 5 years to shut down our sprinkler system. They had always charged us $60 for the service which seemed fair for 20-30 minutes of work. This year they decided to charge us $110 for the exact same service! They have almost doubled the prices in a single year. Sounds like someone has become too money hungry and has completely lost all business from us in the future!

Worst lawn service company ever. Do not contract this company for lawn service. There has been a lot of rain this spring but this company never shows up to mow the lawn. It's been over two weeks since they have shown up. Our grass is over a foot tall. We pay the contract fee but they don't show up. TERRIBLE LAWN SERVICE COMPANY!!!

I purchased tomato plants and basil both from the retail store last spring and I not only got them for a steal, they grew and produced fruit like you wouldn't believe! I in no way have a "green thumb" and had to do next to nothing and they did amazingly well anyway, so much so that I had to build another box garden and transplant them to give them more room. Quality plants for an amazing price! The staff was also super helpful and gave great customer service.

Bought compost here. Was told it was screened. Not the case was full of large wood debris plastic and stone. Topsoil here is worse very large clumps of clay etc. Very poor material to try and work with. Made a tough job even more labor intensive. Apologies do no good. Will never purchase here again.

I have had Beauchamp's do my fertilization and lawn mowing for years. I would never switch to another company! The staff is great there and always polite. I had one small issue with my lawn having a couple ruts from the rain and mowers on the property and they were out right away to fix the area! I can't say enough good things about them! Highly Recommend! We recently got a sod and sprinkler system through Beauchamps! They beat all prices for all the quotes we received. They were friendly and throughout on the job from start to finish. Bill did a great job answering any questions we had and the crew did an amazing job leaving us with a beautiful lawn. beauchamps landscaping does a terrible job taking care of our community. They never turned on the sprinklers in the community so all lawns have died, among many other issues, They are also very rude over the phone. The community is going to come together after speaking with several homeowners and we are going to elect to have beauchamps fired. Their responses on some of the negative reviews left are generic and I would like to say that is not how they are over the phone. I suggest you stay away from this company.

Requested delivery for mulch for delivery the following Friday - six days in advance - was billed immediately and charged almost a $50 service fee,. Then six days later no delivery. Called them the day they were suppose to delivery and they said delivery would be there in 20 minutes. 4 hours later still no delivery and no one answers the phone now. So, my plans for this weekend are blown. Don't use these people. They only use you.
