I would highly recommend Ants Etc... We had a carpenter ant problem inside our house and I could not get rid of em. I spent numerous hours spraying gallons of Ortho and the powder stuff around the perimeter of the house inside and out. But it did not work the ants kept coming in. So I called Ants Etc...(well the wife made me call). Sometimes you just have to call a professional. It was the first place we called because of the excellent reviews. They were very knowledgeable over the phone and their rates were reasonable so we hired them and they came out right away. We signed up for a treatment plan to eliminate those bugs. After the 1st spray application there were no more ants inside the house!!!! My wife was very happy about that (happy wife, happy life!). Today they did our 2nd treatment to get any remaining ants out of our walls and another perimeter spray. If you have a bug problem I would call Ants Etc...

These guys were awesome! I noticed a problem after hours and used the google Im to ask questions and shockingly answered right away in detail. Tracy was extremely helpful over the phone and answered all my question. Making me feel comfortable and confident they would take care of my clover mite problem. They came out the same day. While the guy was young, he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and confident. He was finished in 20 min. I would hands down recommend this company. Focused on customer service and providing a good experience, in a not so good situation. Thank you

I found this company to be honest and upfront. He explained the procedure to me in full and what I should expect. My biggest issue that I wanted to address were spiders... As it was explained to me, get rid of the spider food,( the ants), and you get rid of the spiders. It was true!! I have waited a few weeks to do this review, just to make sure. I am now able to go out and work in my flower beds without the fear of a spider walking across my foot!! I will continue to use this Company and refer my family members that are in the area!!

I had a pest problem I took care of myself, but had questions on how to make sure they were gone for good. Tracey was amazing. She spent the time explaining what I need to do post pest in order to make sure I dont have a resurgence. Very very helpful and informative. I had called other places and they did not answer questions like she did and tried selling me their services, which I didnt need. I cant state in words just how helpful they were. I had Ants etc. come out a few days ago to spray for carpenter ants, and it has been a great experience so far. This was only the initial stage of treatment, they are coming back in a week to do the next steps. I have yet to see one ant or bug since Pat left my home. I am so happy! I'm definitely going to keep up with the follow-up treatments as recommended. Supposedly this will keep spiders and other insects away as well as the carpenter ants ... I'm thrilled about that to say the least! Tracy is very knowledgeable and explains everything until you are comfortable, and Pat was nothing but professional and respectful in my home. Will recommend Ants, etc. in the future.

At the start of Summer, we had lots of ants in our kitchen and downstairs. I was trying to treat myself with common traps and outdoor sprays. Nothing seemed to work until I called Ants Etc. As soon as treated by Ants Etc, I saw a huge effect. I have saw many dead ants and only one live ant in first two months of treatment and none since continuous treatments over the Summer. The company is very professional. They show up immediately on time and text the day before to confirm appts. They listen well and adjust treatments to areas of concern if needed. We had little black ants for about two weeks. Ant traps did not work. After being so frustrated I found Ants Etc and gave them a call. The woman on the phone was so nice and helped answer all of my questions. She was able to schedule Pat to be at our house the following day. He was very welcoming and professional. With the lack of information I had about ants, he took the time to make sure I knew the process of what needed to be done. We have not seen any more ants since he has sprayed. Fixed our carpenter ant problem which was a pretty big infestation in our basement. Pat was great at explaining both the problem and solution, and he got the job done well! We had previously used 2 big name companies. Neither fixed our problem and both were considerably more expensive. From now on I will only use Ants Etc.

This company is seriously THE ONLY one that I WILL EVER go to for bug control! We had a carpet beetle infestation, and despite their busy schedule they got out to our house almost IMMEDIATELY. Not only that, but they're working with us to make it affordable for us, too. The chemicals they use are safe, and you barely even smell them. With their excellent service and our work we've been constantly doing at home (vacuuming, putting things securely into storage, washing linens in hot water), the bugs are almost completely gone. And the owner is the nicest guy! I could recommend them all day long! EXCELLENT!
