2 in the morning I was woken up to my cat knocking things over, frustrated I turned my lights on to put the cat in the crate to find out she was chasing a bat around my bedroom!! I was so frantic and wasn't sure what to do, I called six different companies, nobody answered and when I called this one the phone didn't ring more then three times before someone picked up! Andrew the nice man on the phone advised that I close the bedroom door and put a towel underneath. I did exactly that! Andrew showed up about an HR later 3:15 AM! found the bat, removed it and came up with a thorough and detailed plan to seal up my house and remove the bats from my attic! This company is outstanding! since then my home has been taken care and my bats removed. Thank you for all your help! I highly recommend this company. Again, outstanding service. Well done.

The scratching and clawing noises in my daughters bedroom was driving us nuts. We had no idea what it was and we needed it to stop. My husband did multiple searches of the attic and was unable to find out what it was. We decided we had enough and called the professionals at Alpha Bat Removal Company. This company was able to trap and remove 10 squirrels from my attic. The most amazing part was they trapped and removed all of the squirrels in less then 3 days. I never had to call them back to check on the traps and everything was done humanely which is important because i love animals. I can live a little easier now that these squirrels are out of my attic and are safely relocated to the wild.

Alpha gave me so much information and got out very promptly to get one way doors on before they were no longer allowed to for the summer. They had the most reasonable pricing and friendly/ knowledgeable staff. The restoration work took a few days to complete with getting all of our insulation out and repairing all of the wholes, but the time it took was definitely worth it for their quality and pricing. We even were able to get a warranty on the work. Bonus!

Kyle came to my house to identify a noise we heard from our attic, we assumed it may have been a rodent or squirrel. He arrived on time, walked around our house and got onto the roof and identified that the noise we heard was from bats entering through the house fascia right away. Kyle thoroughly explained the next steps we should take to solve the problem and we quickly scheduled the work. He also completed the work in a timely manner notifying us when he arrived, showed us what he would use to seal the fascia and create a one way door, and informed us that the bats should be more awake an active in the next couple weeks, leaving our house at that time. Kyle came out to handle a raccoon problem that I had in my attic. He put traps in my attic and on my roof, took the animals away when they were caught, left another trap just in case and explained it all. When it was time to take it all away he checked the attic for any destruction and fixed the damage to the house. Definitely a job well done and it didn't cost me a fortune.
