I really enjoyed Al coming out and spraying my house for spiders, ants and those little pesky bugs that find their way in. He was in and out in a timely manner, he left no mess and explained how and why bugs may come in. He also explained where they might originate from. Thank you so much for your great service. I would definitely recommend Aapex to anyone who has a bug/pest problem. Oh and setting up the appointment with Sam was a breeze. She found the best time to accommodate me and my busy schedule.

Just had Al, the owner, come out for the first treatment of the season. He was great! Very informative, helped me understand the issues we’re having and how to prevent future issues, that would be great for his business but not my wallet. I liked that he was more concerned about our needs and comfort than him making a profit off of things that could be prevented. We used Aapex last year as well but wasn’t super happy with the technicians attitude, even considered skipping getting treatment done this year, but now I’m glad we stuck with them and so far I’m really happy with the service we are getting! And as usual the receptionist, Samantha is always friendly and returns calls in a timely manner!

He seemed to genuinely care about solving the problem and not just there for a sale. 4. Was much more affordable than Rose when calling to compare prices. 5. His product worked on the issue I had. I don't usually write reviews, but Aapex was so outstanding I feel I have to. I called up and talked to a young lady who was very nice and knowledgeable. She set me an appointment, and the technician showed up on time (wish my cable company was this reliable) the technician was also very nice and knowledgeable, treated my home and gave me tips on how to prevent future infestations. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!!
