If you need help with bed bugs, call them! I called them and the was able to get me in the day of! Our tech walked me through the whole process and even followed up over the next few days— asking if I had gotten any more bites and if things were going better. God bless these guys because they also took a phone call from my mother who was freaking out thinking that I had brought bedbugs with me when I visited for the holidays. They are very knowledgeable and I recommend to anyone searching for a bedbug exterminator.

I also love that the product they use is GREEN, so it's safe for our health and the health of our animals while still getting rid of those awful critters running around here! Blah! Mark was very professional and thorough while doing the annual inspection of my home for termites. He crawled into an area of my crawlspace that I didn't even think he could get to. He also spent a bit of time drilling holes into three tree stumps for me that I couldn't do with the drill that I have. He was very inquisitive and told me not to hesitate calling him with any questions or having him back out for any concerns, and he was very personable and friendly. My husband and I were very impressed with their service. We were killing literally hundreds of ants the night before they came. It was awful! After the employees came, our ant problem has ceased. In just a few days, we were no longer seeing any ants in our home. They sprayed the inside and outside of our house. The spray and traps they leave are kid friendly, thankfully. My baby got his fingers stuck in one of the traps, but it was nothing to worry about, since I knew it wouldn't be harmful to him. The sticky traps in the house are supposed to last for a long while, which will be nice to catch any other insects that may come around. We will definitely use them again if we have further problems. They also give a warranty on their work, which is nice.
